Amazon delivery cancelled. No email from drinkstuff, no explanation. I've been refunded but if I'd have been relying on this order I'd have been in trouble.
Pretty shit really

Sent a product that looks completely different to how it was advertised on the website. For a product that is judged purely on aesthetics this is very unhelpful. Barely a apology and no real options or help other than well this is what you get. Very disappointed.

The order process is very straightforward. Return customer as the straws are exactly what I need at a competitive price. The package was huge but arrived completely intact.

Only part of order delivered by carrier, DPD(next day delivery paid). Waited a day to see if rest arrived, it didn't. Contacted drinkstuff who sent out rest of order with apologies, but who subsequently contacted to say order still would be incomplete with only partial dispatch made. This part order did arrive. Drinkstuff did refund the missed part of the order and carriage. The rest of the order was eventually abandoned on the doorstep by DPD. Clearly most of the issue is the fault of DPD, but drink stuff have chosen to use them and not given an option to use a more reliable carrier when ordering. Amended trust pilot review, following efforts by drinkstuff to resolve issues.

Total experience from ordering to delivery is usually flawless and packaging is among the best I have seen. Be aware this is for bar related supplies including cocktail syrups and NOT an alcoholic drinks supplier. Highly recommended.

Bought 2 tall clear plastic water jugs. Look lovely on the table and seem well made. Very pleased with them - and for a reasonable price.
