This website is scam I ordered 2 dress from them on may and they said I should receive it by June 1-3I just got it after 3 weeks waiting and the items I received are completely different items Then the one I ordered with very cheap quality like daller store item. I will return it back to them as soon as I get respons from them. Hopefully no one else order from them

it's stupid quality, poor, cheap i ordered the dress i received my order today.
june 16. it is huge different between pictures and the order the sent. i can't believe it. i have to return it back i can't wear it.

Should be 0 stars. They are a scam. I made the mistake of not seeing this before I ordered and I hope this helps someone else not fall a victim. I ordered a dress labeled "embroidered sequins". What I got was a see through net material with what looks like a picture printed on it.

ATTENTION!!! Größte Betrugsverkaufsseite, bestellt nicht!!! Ware entspricht nicht den Abbildungen oder Videos. Rücksendung muss separat an eine Auslandsadresse versendet werden wo der Versand ohnehin über 50 Euro beträgt,die der Käufer auch selbst tragen muss. Ich erhalte mein Geld aktuell nicht zurück auch kein Retourenschein.

Scammers ++++++. They take your money and never received the dress. Ordered since December last year and to date no dress no respond despite more than 40+emails sent to them with repetitive emails.
No customer service.
Just the Worst ever. This is a real review not the fakes ones you see on their page..

Une vraie arnaque, ne vous faites pas avoir . Les photos et ce que vous recevez n'a rien avoir. C'est complètement horrible

It is junk. Nothing like what is pictured and nothing like the name of the product. I ordered a dress with beaded fringe. It said beaded fringe. No beads and no fringe. The dress was a screen print. There stuff is worthless. Don’t waste your money.

Do not buy on Dressfay!!!! Total SCAM. Money thrown in toilet. Got a transparent fabric worth 2 euros, not even good for the beach. Check the reviews before you buy anything. I unfortunately didn't this time.

J'ai trouvé des annonce de belles robe au nom de joliaa.com. Ils m'ont pris plus de 51euros et j'ai reçu un déguisement à la place d'une robe de fête à payettes.
Dessus et très en colère de leurs manque de respect et.....
Catastrophe et le pire ils ne veulent pas remboursé.

De bestelling heb ik pas na 5 weken (gedeeltelijk) ontvangen, terwijl op de site binnen 2 weken staat aangeven Toen deze uiteindelijk binnen kwam, viel ik van mijn stoel. De “ elegante , luxe jurk” is niet meer dan n grote zakdoekje met enkele motieven .
Andere jurkje heb ik nog niet mogen ontvangen maar hier hoef ik dus niks van te verwachten
Geen haar op mijn hoofd die er over denkt om ooit nog ns iets bij dit bedrijf te bestellen

Quelle est cette arnaque un site de déguisement pour le carnaval pas pour des adultes si je vois montre cette horreur même ma fille ne mettrais pas sa 50 euros pour sa mon dieu j'ai reçu le colis en m attendant à un truc waw je voit rien que l emballage même un colis shein est plus gros j exige un remboursement tout de suite ou sinon je mettrais cela en public voleur

Yes a scam! I wish I had checked their reviews. They keep sending same message that your order will be shipped. It has been 1 month already and same message to be patient. If you ask for refund they say they will charge 15% processing fee.

Sinds december een bestelling geplaatst, tot op heden niks ontvangen. Na meerdere mails te hebben gestuurd krijg ik steeds een standaardmail terug met de melding dat ik geduldig moet zijn. Ook staat er in hun mail geen naam/handtekening/logo. Puur oplichterij !

It has been 11 weeks and I still do not have my dress. I have contacted them several times and their response has been to be patient. I have also asked for my credit card to refunded and that has not happened.

On the 11/12/2024 I ordered and paid online for a wedding gown to Dressfay.com the information on the website information does not correspond with email communication. I still have not received my package to date 3/2/2025 a repetitive email on their part requesting patience as package will be sent, no manager is available no positive feedback absolutely no customer service etiquette or reassurance is given 34 emails later and not one that can indicate ETA on package
