Firstly, there was no trouble exchanging my mattress, the company was very helpful, and explained the process of collecting and delivering the new mattress. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The men Jason and Josh who delivered my mattress was very friendly and helpful, and phoned me with the time they would be arriving.
Would recommend Dreams to anyone if the are looking for a bed x

I had a fantastic experience with Dreams from start to finish. The entire process was seamless and stress-free. The staff in store were knowledgable, patient and really helped me find my perfect mattress suited to my needs. There was no pressure - just honest advice. The team arrived on time and handled everything with care. Would highly recommend.

Exceptionally impressive store, fantastic service by Razham-loan a very knowledgeable young man who knows what is what….
Fairly pricey but exceptional quality and out shone the other stores in Plymouth. We paid £149.00 for one pillow and our mattress was in the sale at £1400.00 so take your bank manager with you lol.

We had a fantastic shopping experience with Dreams. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. We’ve now received our new bed and absolutely love it! The installation team were excellent — efficient, tidy, and very professional. They dismantled and took away our old bed and set up the new one perfectly. A big thank you to the whole Dreams team in Plymouth for such great service from start to finish!
