Firstly it was the helpful and polite sales girl Claire who came over to help my wife and myself with the different types of beds and mattresses there where and that suit us, we laid on the mattres that takes our measurements that makes it suit us. We have had it now for just over a week and to be honest it is easily the best bed and mattress we have ever had. It arrived on time and the lads who took the old one away were also polite and professional.

The whole process was brilliant from ordering to installing! The branch we ordered from kept in touch leading up to delivery. We had to wait 12 weeks for delivery but was aware from ordering stage and throughout. Would thoroughly recommend

The manager in the 19/8/24 name Wakas was the most moody and unhelpful person in the store. It was like they didn’t want to be there or even give the customer a good experience. The sales assistant Kushsali was great and did all she could do. After spending nearly £2000 in the store I was disappointed The manager was so rude. I’d be happy to give more details if someone wants to call or email me.

The customer service was excellent from the first entering to making a purchase of a mattress. The salesman explained the benefits of the mattress that I was looking for, which helped make my decision. He wrote the details I needed to know so I knew about caring for the mattress to delivery of it.
I was sent a text advising of day and time if delivery band also a text for two hour time slot.
As a customer I was extremely satisfied with the service I received.

Delivery time schedule to long and delivery drivers not professional using bad words not really good customer services from the delivery driver at all.

Can't fault our bed at all, when I went to buy the bed the staff were very helpful and friendly, I enjoyed testing which mattress was best for me, would definitely recommend dreams
