Really great service from start to…
Really great service from start to finish. Was given informed advice on the right mattress for me with my issues ( Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and bad back/sciatica).
Delivery was prompt and the delivery men carried the mattress up to my room for me.
Has been over a week now and my sleep has improved dramatically.

My one stop bed shop…
I was going to shop around for a new bed so I started at Dreams. I'm glad I did as the staff were so helpful in helping me to choose my new bed and the correct mattress for me. I don't think I have ever slept so well

Excellent service
The staff in store were very helpful, knowledgeable and pointed us in the right direction without any pushy up-selling. Delivery was within a week of our order and very effecient. We also love our new mattress!

The staff were very helpful and friendly they made me feel very comfortable and took the time and not rushed me. And when i left and came back they still didn’t push me to pick a mattress.

Really impressed with bed and service received
Fantastic service received in my local showroom. The salesman was polite and chatty and talked through all the options. He was able to give me a price based on what I wanted and also knocked off sat delivery and assembly cost for me. I was kept well informed about the delivery and it arrived a little ahead of schedule on the day. The delivery guys were lovely and efficient and had the bed in position and made up very quickly.
The product is good quality and really happy with the purchase.
It was unfortunate that the bed frame had £100 off it the following week but that's how it is sometimes.
