The staff member that served me was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was offered coffee and I got to use the dreams mattress experience to decide which mattress was for me. Although the shop was extremely busy I didn’t feel rushed or under pressure to make a quick decision on my purchase.

The assistant listened to what I wanted and took me to the right beds and mattresses that suited me and I made the decision as to which one I liked and I was very pleased with the purchase, there was plenty of choice and varied prices to suit all, very pleased.

I just wanted to leave a review for a fabulous employee! Me and my Son went to Dreams Birstal on Thursday as my little boy was complaining his bed was too firm. We were greeted by a lovely lady (I wish I could remember her name) she was fabulous with my little boy! Helped him find his perfect mattress and was incredibly helpful. We didn't end up buying from Dreams but wouldn't hesitate to go back as the service we received was excellent. Not pushy just super helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Thank you.

We had our new mattress delivered today from dreams.The delivery guys were excellent great communication on how long before the morning of delivery exceptional in putting the mattress into bedroom very polite and helpful. Unfortunately I cannot remember there names but overall there service was excellent.

If possible I would give Dreams zero stars! I purchased my bed, mattress and headboard in store 4 years ago.

I also paid extra for bed cover insurance, the sales rep Stephen advised this would cover a range of structural defects with both the bed frame, headboard and mattress. He explained that the insurance would cover defects with the lifting mechanism in the bed, cosmetic damage to both the bed and mattress and most importantly that if there was an issue with the 'mattress springs' this would also be covered.

Three weeks ago I had to make a claim on this insurance, as sadly a section of springs in the mattress had failed and were sticking into my back when sleeping. The insurance provider for Dreams (MB&G insurance) sent a technician to assess our mattress. The technician advised that the springs even though were noticeable out of position and would cause discomfort when sleeping, wouldn't fail his checklist as it wasn't part of the checks, and was more bothered about the height of the mattress.

I feel this insurance policy was mis sold and I have raised a formal complaint. I'm actively advising my family and friends to avoid Dreams. If you do consider Dreams make sure you don't purchase their Bed Cover Insurance as it isn't worth the paper it's printed on!

Superb service from Stephen at the Birstall store assisting us with our recent purchase of two new beds and one new mattress. We are repeat customers of Dreams because they sell great beds, and of the Birstall store local to us because they offer excellent and friendly service.

David was the colleague who greeted me and was not pushy (which would make me run the other way). He left me to wander around on my own but stated he was there to help should I need any assistance. He suggested use of the sleep system, which I feel was accurate in recording I needed a med to firm mattress. He showed me to various types of mattresses and explained the inner workings of the mattresses. Was very clear in his explanation of every mattress/bed and order related and I got a coffee thrown in too. Highly satisfied with the service he provided. Thanks Joy

Beds look and are amazing...

Great products and the service is really helpful, particularly for people who have specific sleep needs like a certain type of mattress or storage needs. Staff at the Birstall store are great. The sleep analysis machine works really well, give it a go!
