Service was incredible.
We were made to feel very comfortable. The knowledge provided was perfect to help us choose our new mattress. The entire process from the moment we entered the store to leaving was smooth, enjoyable and easy. Staff are exceptionally knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Thank you for such a wonderful visit. 5* service. We will be back.

At the moment I got firm mattress but may need to change it to extra firm.

Perfect delivery
Delivery guys were polite and courteous, careful of my property when delivering the bed base to preferred room of choice.
Called 10 mins before arriving to say they were on their way.

Customer service T Dreams
Well the staff at Dreams where welcoming friendly and helpful. They didn't push a sale but made sure I was aware they were there if I needed them. Did the dreams bed test. Then shown which mattresses were suitable in that range. Advice was given on bases and headboards but left to wander and choose which ones I wanted.

Good experience
We had a good experience. Thanks to Jas who welcomed us and tried her best. Also it was easy with an exchange (we decided smaller duvet), they swapped with no problem.
If we need anything else - we will be back.

Fabulous bed for the spare room
Fabulous bed for the spare room. The mattresses we bought are really good quality too. The underneath bed is very easy to pull out & put up. Would highly recommend these. They're ideal for when expected/unexpected guests come to stay.

This company lies to customers and treat them with poor goodwill
Putting a discount within a month of receiving the items makes me feel like you just robbed me.
Especially when I asked if I get a price promise, turns out once u received the goods… that’s it- even after a day or 2 they reduce the price of the item that you just bought, they will not honour their price promise- save your money go somewhere else
Wont buy from you again !

We cannot keep price matches open indefinitely, and delivery seems like a fair way to act as a cut off point.
