New Mattress & Pillows

If you’re in the market for a new mattress, Carol is the lady you need to look out for. Superb knowledge, wicked sense of humour, and down to earth nature. Could not fault her service. As a couple of mattress-buying-novices, we found the options overwhelming initially. However, Carol gently guided us through the process, giving us all the information to make the right decisions for us. I’ve been singing her praises to friends and family ever since. Thanks again!

A Great Experience

One of the best things about the experience of purchasing with Dreams was having a store in the local area. I was able to go in and look at the variety of beds available in the store, try out the various matresses, and their Sleep Match device in store helped greatly in picking the right matress for me. The in-store team were incredibly friendly and helpful, the delivery team were excellent too.

All-in-all the whole experience was very simple, and it was easy to get advice along the way. Would definitely recommend to others and will be back if I have any future requirements.

Good choice of beds

Good choice of beds. The bed matched the description & communication of delivery was good. The bed was put together for me & the guys were great & respected my property.

I would recommend Dreams for anyone wanting a new bed /mattress
They really are welcoming helpful and knowledgeable about all their products at Ipswich store
They helped me get the right mattress I was after and I've had the most superb night's sleep ever since it was delivered .Well done to all concerned keep up the great work and service you provide

What fantastic service

What fantastic service. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable, listened to my requirement and found the perfect mattress and base for me. The delivery team were also superb. 10 out of 10.
