Fantastic service
Fantastic service! I was helped by John who was kind, friendly and informative. He showed me how to use the fantastic machine that measures your body and chooses the best mattress for you. He got me a cold drink and then talked me through my options and how the mattresses are constructed. He was helpful and knowledgeable but also gave me the space to make the right decision for me. Mattress shopping was easy and joyful, would recommend.

Fantastic service
Went into the Dreams Store in Epsom to buy a new mattress. Service was fantastic and managed to find exactly what we wanted. Delivery time was very quick. Would definitely use them again.

Excellent mattresses - even better customer service!
Having previously bought a couple of mattesses from Dreams, we didn't hesitate to make your Epsom store our first port of call. We weren't dissapointed! From the intial computerised 'preferencing' programme to an upfront discussion about budget your excellent staff made the decision a doddle! They then carefully arranged a delivery date to maximise the 'trial period' for my daughter, who is currently splitting her time between two addresses. We needn't have worried, though - as the Campbell D mattress is perfect, and exactly what she wanted. Excellent service again from your Epsom store. We'll be back!

Delivery Service - On time
We received a call in the morning to confirm our delivery slot. They arrived within the time slot. The delivery men were very polite and explained what we needed to do. Excellent service from ordering to delivery.

Fab shopping experience at Dreams…
Had a fab shopping experience at Dreams in Epsom. The Store Manager was very knowledgeable and listened to my requirements. Although they only had one type of bed I was interested in, he suggested I visit another local store to compare. I'm glad I did as I could do a direct comparison and make my choice after reviewings all three beds.

No pressure in the show room to buy anything and all products fully explained.
Bed arrived earlier than expected, assembled and old mattress removed.
