This was my second trip to the Dumfries store and I can’t recommend them enough! Customer service is excellent and we are so pleased with the products we purchased! Thank you!

Make this your first stop for buying a mattress. We made the mistake of making it our last stop and wish we’d started here. Staff were great craic and knowledgable. Didn’t make it weird while we tested out the beds too! Very easy experience - thanks Dumfries Dreams team.

Great staff, amazing mattress and you have to try the sleep machine which helps fit the perfect mattress to your sleeping style!

And if you can. Go king size…you will not be disappointed.

We entered the store on a Friday lunchtime. We were greeted by Robert (Dumfries store) who asked if we needed any assistance and politely left us to our own devices for a few minutes before checking once again if we needed assistance. We were appreciative of this as it had begun to feel a bit overwhelming. Robert asked us pertinent questions and this resulted in him introducing us to the computerised bed, with which we were very impressed.
We progressed to trying the 5 beds suggested. At no time were we rushed, even when we went back to a couple of beds to re-try them for comfort and support.
We chose a bed and proceeded with the base, headboard and material selection options - again, Robert was fully knowledgeable and patient with our deliberations. Once the selections were completed, including the merits of mattress protectors explained and purchased, we were taken to the sales desk where the confirmation of our choices was carefully gone through. We were offered a welcome cup of coffee by Robert's Manager as we were guided through the completion of the order. Robert discussed Dreams policy of recycling which we were pleased to sign up to. 100% rating for customer service and good experience of selecting what is a very important item.

Had a great experience at the Dumfries store with knowledgeable and helpful staff who helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Top marks.

I was greatly impressed with the help by the help given in getting correct type of mattress for my needs

Sales assistant told me I could return the mattress within 40 days if not satisfied. I called two weeks later to be told I had to wait 30 days for bed to settle, and if I chose a less expensive mattress I would be charged £49. After 30 days I went to the store and decided the one that was most comfortable cost £800 which was £500 less than the one I had purchased. It was at this time that I was first told that Dreams do NOT refund any money. I ended up having spent over £1500 for a mattress I wasn’t happy with. Will never use this store or recommend it to anyone.

Our new mattress was not suitable, but we had no problem getting it changed. Shop staff were great, customer services great and the twice we had the delivery guys (two different teams) they we polite, efficient and respectful. Job was done clean and tidy.
