Amazing customer service by Meryem

We visited the store in Bromley on Friday 27th of June.
We have received an excellent customer service by Meryem.
We have ordered a mattress and received it just a week after.
Highly recommend this store

Great service and very knowledgeable…

Great service and very knowledgeable staff, helped me with getting the right bed to fit in the bedroom as well as suggesting the correct mattress. All in all will definitely recommend as the service the staff gave was pretty much spot on, no aggressive or pushy sales tactics either.

Not happy with customer services.paying…

Not happy with customer services.paying for extra service to be delivery on a Saturday then came out of schedule.
Not happy at all.

Great products and customer service

We went to the Dreams store (Bromley) initially and the staff were super helpful. The most suitable matress was found and then base and head board. However, we placed the order online. Very easy process, clear delivery details and everything went exactly to timings and plan. Really pleased with all the products. Matress is very comfortable and the ottoman bed was easy to put together. Dreams customer service was excellent. Will definitely use again.

So glad we visited Dreams in Bromley. Jason, the store manager was patient and so knowledgeable. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending. Thank you Jason - you found the perfect matress for us. Customer care like that is a rare thing these days.
