From going into the store to choose the beds an mattress the customer service was 2nd to none, they answered all our questions and were really really helpful when I had to put back my order. The delivery lads also went above an beyond as I couldn't be there on the delivery date they rang me to double check where I wanted them an when it couldn't be done they gave me a couple of solutions, they were so helpful, and we all love our new beds.

Buying a new bed.
From the moment we entered the store we were greeting by a female assistant who could not have been more helpful or informative. She explained everything from purchasing to method and date of delivery. Sorry we never got her name but she is an absolute credit to your company. Thank you !!

I needed a new bed. We went to Dreams. Spoke to Kevin and tried various beds. After we decided which bed to buy. Kevin was a brilliant help in deciding.

Went into aintree store in Liverpool a young girl called Elisha was fantastic I wasn’t sure how to order online as the bed I wanted that was the only offer she helped me all the way through can’t thank her enough for her proffesional attitude

Great service help with lovely lady man in shop and two men delivered set up tele bed were so kind careful and patient making sure all was set and perfect before they left,really lovely people must be so proud of them please tell all thank you xx

Great service
Went in, found exactly what I was looking for. Ordered easily and arrived on time. The delivery men were great, they brought the bed up three flights of stairs, built it and removed all the rubbish with a smile and a laugh. Lovely men, Craig and his delivery partner. Great service.
