DreamLease Vehicle Leasing Specialists Recenzje

Excellent service, Martin was very easy to deal with!

Martin was excellent, very helpful.

The car I intially decided on, I missed, so Martin searched and found the exact same one, hunting high and low keeping his ear to the ground and call directly so i could secure it, thank you.

Skye provided a super service from initial enquiry through to order placement. Communications both verbal & email were first class, going above & beyond to understand our requirements & build a quote which met our needs exactly. Her professional approach with friendly manor was a credit to her & no doubt a valued member of staff to Dreamlease.

Seamless from start to finish.

This is my first experience of DreamLease and I would recommend them if you are looking for a lease car.

The information has been very clear and the service provided by Charne, Bethany and Georgia has been brilliant.

Thank you.

Charne Headech was really helpful throughout. She guided us through the process and nothing was too much trouble.

Charne was very helpful and knowledgable. Was able to answer any questions and assisted me in the whole process

Charne was very quick in providing quality service. Everything went smoothly. Great company and great staff.

Skye was very friendly, helpful and very responsive.
Overall a very good experience with DreamLease

From the first contact, everyone at Dreamlease could not have been more friendly or efficient. My main contact was Charne, and she ensured everything went smoothly and the communication was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Quick and reliable from the outset, DreamLease and in particular Charne we eager to help and source me the best deal that was available.
I would have no hesitation in recommending DreamLease to anyone looking to lease a vehicle.

The process for this was super easy. Really happy with how easy it worked out and amazing communication from Martin.

Martin was very efficient at following up my initial query through LeaseLoco. Martin followed up my quotation and proceeded to talk me through everything which was very helpful and reassuring as I have never had a lease deal before. Thank you Martin.

Very impressed with the service received on securing my new car. From beginning to end Tom was superb. I would highly recommend

I requested a call back to discuss the options on mileage, and Martin was more than accommodating when he called the following day. We discussed what I was looking for in a car and he helped calm my fears about having an electric vehicle on a personal lease. Upon accepting the quote Martin called back immediately to run through the application which was approved instantly. Really easy and seamless process which I didn’t think was going to be the case. Would definitely use again and will point people in their direction if asked.

This was my 1st time leasing a vehicle and Skye from Dreamlease was awesome to deal with, explained the process, kept me informed and made it simple. Everything was transparent and straightforward. I can highly recommend dealing with Dreamlease and their team.

BEWARE!!!! Leased a brand new e-c3 aircross from DreamLease and the car arrives missing advertised features. The car WILL NOT allow remote climate control or charge scheduling. Dreamlease and Leasys are now ignoring my emails and calls. I have had no choice to escalate to the financial ombudsman. Do not use this DreamLease or Leasys if you value customer service!

Jakub Zapala was amazing, very helpful and really took the time to answer an questions i had and to find the best deal

Firstly a super competitive price - now that is always going to be attractive. But the customer service, speed of responses and processing ease and efficency were remarkable. The best experience I have had with privately leasing a car. I dealt with Charne Headech throughout and she could not have been more helpful. Today I decided to contact her to get a delivery update, she was out but her out of office directed me to the correct number and option. The phone was instantly answered by Adrian Archer, who checked the information in seconds. Advised he would contact the dealer and come back to me. He did so within literally 2 minutes, and then advised he would contact the delivery company to ensure there were no issues. Like Charne, friendly, helpful and efficient throughout. A genuinely exceptional customer experience.

Great people to deal with. Friendly and efficient. Would recommend.
