Fantastic service from start to finish

From the first contact with Zane, he spent the time to source a fantastic deal on the Geely EX5 PRO, he was patient, never pushy. First time dealing with Dreamlease and will not be the last. Zane was brilliant as was Lauren in the Admin Team - took the hassle out of everything and their quote could not be matched. Thank you.

Unregulated Charges

To whom it may concern.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
Having made a bonafide car lease ENQUIRY which was handled by Zane Ali, I have now received an invoice for approx. £300.
I never discussed nor agreed this situation with them and certainly did NOT agree to pay any fee or charges for a lease car enquiry. No such payment is due and I will comment further should they decide to proceed with this claim.
Should they persist I will refer the matter to the local Police as possibly being fraudulent.

Very good prices.

Very good prices.

Very quick to respond at every point. Staff were very friendly and there was no pressure. Main point of contact was Skye Collings who was great.

Appeared to be very open about there role in the process and the commission that they received.

Dealing with dream lease was a positive experience.

Fantastic customer service

I had the pleasure of dealing with Martin at DreamLease whilst sourcing my first Lease vehicle.

From the very beginning call to the handover to the admin team for completion, Martin made the process very easy and was an excellent contact to work with. Being my first car obtained through a personal Lease, there were a few questions from my end, but Martin was prompt at answering them and ensuring that I had all the necessary information to make an informed choice.

There was no pressure to make snap decisions or rush me through the process, and as a customer I really appreciated (and benefitted) from this level of customer service. Martin was a great ambassador for the company and I hope he is still with the company when my current Lease deal comes up for renewal.

Positive experience

The car has yet to be delivered (I'm promised it's on time) and it's been an excellent experience to this point.

Clear pricing, simple documentation, and rapid turnaround. From initial enquiry to signed transaction, with credit approved, inside a morning.

Skye Collings (my agent) was efficient, personable and knowledgeable, without overcommunication (a frequent issue with leasing companies).

So far, so good!
