I have had the worst experience of my life with the rhinoplasty surgeries done by Dr Cenk. My first experience was a revision rhinoplasty with Dr Cenk in Oct 2024.

I choose Dr Cenk because after looking into his work, he specialized in rhinoplasty and I trusted his experience. Unfortunately, what was expected was not the outcome I am left with, it has been the exact opposite of what I asked for and what was expected.

I originally wanted my scars revised however during my consultation he highlighted that he “didn't like my nose shape” and assured me that he could do the whole nose to look better, so I agreed to have the scars revised and my nose reshaped.

Unfortunately, I was left with a bulkier nose with absolutely no difference to the scars. I paid £10,000, a total waste of money. He was going to use cartilage from my rib which he explained however told me that he changed it using something else during surgery.

By Dec 24 I messaged Dr Cenk regarding the bulky shape of my nose and now there was the dent which turned into blisters and started draining. He assured me that it was still swollen and will get better day by day. My nose continued to drain on and off up until September 2025 and by this time Dr Cenk informed me that he would need to see me as soon as possible to do another operation to see why this was happening to cause these issues. I had to wear a face masks to work as I kept draining a lot of fluid. I also told him that I was unhappy with the shape of my nose and he told me that he would reshape for me at the same time. It had been nearly a year and the shape was still bulky and not what was expected.

By October 25 I had my 2nd operation with Dr Cenk to rectify the problems, which I was charged an additional £1500 plus I had to pay for my flight and hotel which cost another £400 making me out of pocket for a problem that he was rectifying.

Again after this surgery he has made it even worse, instead of a reshaped nose as I requested, I am left with a very broad tip of my nose plus very thick scars on the sides of my nose which are worse than I initially had, plus on the tip of my nose he has created an extra scar running down my nose which has turned black and noticeable, making the botched rhinoplasty more obvious including the scars on the side of my nose. I feel very self-conscious of the way I look now. It has shattered my confidence to the point I find it difficult to talk to people face to face.

I've had family members comment why my nose looks worse after the 2nd surgery. People who I don't know ask me what is wrong with my nose. This whole experience has been very traumatic for me. I refuse to even return back to Dr Cenk for a 3rd time as he has shown me twice that he is not able to the job he specifically said he could do. I don’t trust him to go back a third time.

I am now in search of a surgeon who can rectify the mess Dr Cenk has created on my face. I was told that I have fat necrosis. This will cost me so much money to rectify and I am not able to recover any costs. This has been a life changing experience for me in a negative way, which is why I’m leaving a review so that it doesn’t happen to anyone else. Be cautious if you use Dr Cenk’s services.

I chose Dr. Cenk Teker after extensive research and travelled to Turkey with high expectations. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing.
Despite waiting over 1 year, I was left unhappy with both the appearance and function of my nose, including ongoing breathing difficulties and a retracted columella, which was discussed during a follow-up consultation with Dr Teker. I was offered a revision as the surgeon agreed with the retracted columella without a surgeon's fee, but despite repeatedly requesting the hospital costs so I could make an informed decision, I never received the promised information. The lack of communication left me feeling unsupported during an extremely difficult time.
As my mental health deteriorated, I felt I had no choice but to seek revision surgery elsewhere. During my revision surgery, my surgeon found, significant granulation (scar) tissue that required removal, cartilage irregularities, and the need for extensive structural reconstruction using rib cartilage and multiple grafts, the breathing difficulty was also on my medical reports. This revision surgery cost me a further £10,000, bringing the total cost of this experience to approximately £15,000.
I understand that rhinoplasty carries risks and no surgeon can guarantee perfection. However, based on my personal experience, the outcome, communication and aftercare fell far below my expectations, and I cannot recommend this clinic. Results show on pictures
