I was apprehensive about booking my dog in for a groom as she loved Tilly so much. Booked in with Suzanne for the first time today and have to say I had nothing to worry about, she has done an amazing job. Thank you x

Very disappointing experience.
I've brought my dogs here a few times, and the service, particularly from the private groomers, has consistently fallen short and the communication regarding this hasn’t been great. While not all staff are an issue, the individuals handling the grooming lack the training and skill level I’ve seen at other local establishments. Yet, only a resolution is reached when the issue is escalated. Additionally, interactions with the owner, Laura, were unpleasant; she comes across as dismissive and unapproachable, very snobby. I could understand if this was Knightsbridge, but it’s a warehouse in Huddersfield. I would strongly recommend doing your research and exercising caution before booking here.

I've been to this place a few times over the years, and whilst I think they have good stock, a nice shop, and they seem to have some good facilities. I do feel that the attitude of the people needs to be looked at. I booked the teeth cleaning package, and each time I arrived, I was ignored. And they didn't manage to clean my dog's teeth once. Despite them saying they offer professional cleaning. They kept saying that it was my dog's fault for moving away and that they couldn't hold him. I understand that, that's why I booked you to do it. If you can't clean your own dog's teeth and are looking for some help, don't go to these people. It's a waste of everyone's time. They seem to talk too much to the customers, too. I get they're trying to be friendly, but ignoring everyone else is just annoying.

Excellent service as always, especially from Robyn Brian who carried my shopping to the car and directed me to the toilet with a smile on her face.

It's unfortunate that this business is operated by a shop manager who thinks they are the important person in the room and not the customer, and that she is doing you a favour by serving you, when in fact a successful business always puts the customer first and tries to provide a great service.
The groomers at this business are great but badly let down buy the operational running of the shop.
And don't dare to not be happy with what she says as she'll accuse you of being rude and abrupt.

Love the amazing choice, great comms, and speedy deliveries. Will definitely be a returning customer to get all the best treats for my pooch. Always a nice touch to receive a free sample which gives us a chance to try out things. The chew variety packs are a great trial product too.

I am so impressed. My two dogs love the natural treats - they are better quality and last longer than other pizzles we’ve bought before. Much better value too. Look forward to trying out the other treats soon. The deer skin chews are also very popular in my house!!

My lovely puppy Rupert visited the grooming parlour today for his first haircut and he met the absolutely wonderful Tilly. Tilly took expert care if him, she is kind and gentle and her passion for her job shines through. Rupert went in a bit of a scruff ball and came out a perfect little fluff ball. I wholeheartedly recommend Tilly and Dragonfly grooming parlour. Thank you so much. We will be back xx

We started to use Dragonfly for alternative to Dentistix for our dog’s teeth!
The Achilles tendons have been amazing for reducing plaque and making his oral hygiene better. The difference is noticeable!
Before Christmas we booked a groom with Katie as needed a new groomer for our Bouvier. Oh my, it was literally the best groom he’s had in years, it lasted ages, great shaping, he actually looked like his breed again.
He’s just back from his second groom and he once again looks and smells amazing! Beautifully cut, really good attention to detail, he bounded out happy too, so we know he had a great time there. What a great addition to our village!

Really impressed by the natural treats. I’d been using cocktail sausages as a high value training treat and realised that as my dog is reactive, a large part of his diet was sausages which isn’t healthy. These treats are excellent - they’re small and easy to use and my dog loves them. Won’t use anything else now! Quick delivery and excellent customer service, happy customer!

Found Dragonfly while googling for natural dog treats. I'm so happy to have found them, the range they have is large... not just raw food brands but the treats themselves. Some are crunchy, some are chewy and some are crumbly. My dog has been spoilt since day 1 and is used to getting a variety of different treats (textures, protiens ect) Dragonfly has all his needs... plus the webiste is soooooo easy to use! (I am an online shopper as unfortunatley I live too far to travel (maybe one day)) and having such a easy website to navigate is rare in the pet world! They often have bundles and odd pieces at a lower price which helps when household budget becomes a bit tight. I've not met the owner Laura but often see posts on social media, you can tell she is really passionate and cares so much. Been ordering from Dragonfly for 2 years now, 100% recommend.

Lovely, caring staff...and my dog now has a Hollywood smile. My little rescue had her claws cut here (nice and short) & her teeth cleaned for the first time today. I can't believe the results, fantastic, and so much less invasive than her going under at the vets for a dental. Thank you.

Mabel went to Dragonfly today for her first treatment of her anal glands. We have been going to Dragonfly for almost 2 1/2 years and Mabel and her brother Walter know the staff very well however on this occasion Mabel was very apprehensive very anxious and very unlike herself . But Laura put her at ease and she was sorted out within a few minutes and I now have a happy dachshund. Thank you Laura for as usual being amazing and Dragonfly is definitely the bestest doggy shop On the planet!!

I’d been recommended Dragonfly Products from our dog trainer. I currently use another natural dog treat business that’s close by to where we live so I was a little hesitant but I thought I’d give it a go.

I ordered midday Thursday and by Saturday morning, I got my order which impressed me A LOT! I love the website and how it’s laid out especially, the age ranges for what treats are suitable which I found most helpful.

The treats I picked for my puppy have been honestly a life saver! My puppy is teething and biting a lot and just giving a natural treat is helping her so much to take her frustration on the treat instead of us!

I ordered 2 weeks ago, and the natural chews are all still going strong apart from the Rabbit Ears (without fur) because she’s demolishing those within 20 mins!

We got a Doberman pup and got fed up of pets at home and places they only consider rawhide as long lasting. Found this place by chance and we have ordered so many things our pup loves it. Quick delivery and brilliant product. Really recommend this place. We have a large dobie pup and this is only place I will get his treats from now

I love this company. Their products are high quality but best of all they deliver at lightning speed which is great when your naughty dog needs a chew or two!!

I have been ordering from this business for a while now and I’m amazed by the Excellent customer service. Wide range of products for my two dogs, can cater for any dog with specific dietary requirements. My boys always get an exciting when their supply of strong chews arrive, since switching to raw i I’ve found the supplements provided by dragonfly have helped immensely with their health. I have a dog with a yeast imbalance so is on an elimination diet and Cerys was so helpful on the phone to explain what products would be suitable, she was very knowledgeable, friendly and happy to answer my numerous questions!! We have a 9 week old puppy & were looking for chew treats to keep her occupied but were worried we would buy her something unsuitable & came across Dragonfly Products. After carefully reading through the website & watching their hugely informative videos we were confident this company really cared about the products they were selling and gave us the confidence we were buying the right thing. We went for the puppy pack & are delighted with our purchase.
