This is the absolute worst…
This is the absolute worst unprofessional on organized company I’ve ever tried to rent equipment from. I was given a quote and charged the amount of the quote. Only to find out they charge me an additional $50 which they didn’t seek my authorization to charge then when it came time to deliver the equipment it was raining so I called in and ask for them to reschedule it to the following week they didn’t speak with their dispatch and sent the equipment out despite having rescheduled with me and then wanted to charge me a dry run fee for their mistake. After I stayed at my case, they agreed not to charge me the dry run fee. On the actual day, they were supposed to deliver the equipment I was on a commercial job and an hour past the time it was supposed to be delivered. I called to find out where it was. I was told I would be given a call right back once they checked with dispatch 2 1/2 hours later they informed me that they had yet again made another mistake and didn’t have me on the dispatch list for delivery today causing me to lose out on thousands of dollars of labor for their mistake to add insult to injury. They decided to refund me all of my money, and after that transaction was made they then went into my bank account without my permission and charge me a $300 dry run see without my authorization. . This is not only criminal, but it’s bad business practice. I would warn anybody who is considering renting from dozr.com to run the other way.
I ordered a JD450 with the ripper
I ordered a JD450 with the ripper, which is on their website. I clicked on this particular dozer and paid the money. In addition, I talked to Jeremy (North Carolina), to confirm delivery of the equipment and the time. He informed me I would receive my equipment at the designated time. When the equipment arrived it DID NOT have the ripper, in which I could not do the job i needed to do. They charged me $2055 for 1.6 hours of usage. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their customer service is horrible!!!!!
Horrible Experience with Dozr
Initial customer service to get you want you want is good, but once that is done, they keep on charging for things which are not expected. Also accounts department is horrible, no body answers or give a call backs for questions. Worst experience and will not recommend anyone to go rent or lease any heavy equipment from them. That's what they did to me. I am under $ 7882.00. They charged on my visa. I have tried my visa company, no body listen. Its been almost 6 months. Consumer Law is sleeping for them. Even court won't be doing anything in your favour.
I feel robbed and can't do anything knowing the robber is robbing the other people.

Stay away from them! Total SCAM company. They do not have an office in the US, this is an online scamming operation. I lost 1660 USD trying to rent a telehandler with them, the machine just didn't exist, they said they issued a refund but never happened.

I recently rented equipment from Dozr for a project, it was a highly disappointing experience. The equipment I received was faulty and unusable for a significant portion of the rental period. However, initially, the company assured me that they would honor the down time and provide an additional week of rental for the original price paid. I do have corresponding emails to prove this.
Regrettably, Dozr did not keep their word. Not only did they charge again for the additional week, but when we reached out to customer support, we received no resolution and they said that they will contact the supplier to see if they are able to credit anything for the downtime, even though I have proof in an email that says they will absolutely honor downtime. It's disheartening when a company fails to stand by their promises and leaves their customers feeling frustrated and neglected.
To add to the frustration, we had to resort to disputing the charges with our bank in order to resolve the situation. Dealing with unresponsive customer support, that does not live up to their promises is never pleasant, especially when you've already faced issues with the equipment itself.
I hope that Dozr takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their customer service and ensuring the reliability of their equipment. As a consumer, I highly value transparency, honesty, and prompt resolution of issues, which were unfortunately lacking in the experience with this company.
Despite my negative experience, I believe in giving companies the opportunity to rectify their shortcomings. Hopefully, Dozr will take steps to address these issues and provide a better rental experience for future customers.

Military veteran service member Bobby Wallen assisted me in completing a rental, was super professional and super easy to deal with… went out of his way to find the best deal for my situation… because of Bobby, dozr will be my permenant rental company from here forward.
Unjustified treatment
Was easy to contract. Equipment was good. Had problem with new JD dozer. Almost immediately many warning lights came on while working at job site. Called DOZR to notify of problems. Had to quit and drive to nearest town to buy DEF fluid. Used two and half gallons to get warning lights to go out. Service people were supposed to come, but never showed. We were supposed to make sure equipment was full of fuel for pickup or pay high fee per gallon. Since work time was lost and incurred DEF cost along with operator/pickup cost, we did not fill tanks then charged about $350. The amount of fuel claimed we used did not match time of meter use. No refund to us. We finished with backhoe and dozer in half the rental time letting them know to pickup. Pleasant situation turned bad.
