I bought the Lymow one plus from Douglas Forrest and Garden . I have it approximately 3 months now. It is an excellent machine. Each weeks it cuts approx 2 acres, 4 gardens between 2 houses. Occasionally i will have it cut twice a week totaling 4 acres with no issues at all. This is an excellent machine. I live in Wexford. I traveled to Cork to buy from Douglas Forrest and Garden. Setup was very easy. I did have one issue while setting up. I jumped on a called with Douglas Forrest and Garden, they talking me through the process and I was sorted within a few minutes. Very happy customer with an excellent machine.

Wonderful attention to my queries. ALL my EGO tools are fab, work every time and have long battery life. I could not find the envelope with small parts when I was assembling my newest piece… I called the shop. The person immediately found a replacement and held it for me. The following day I found the envelope under the manual….DOH… I called and I got cheerful response, wished me well with new piece and thanked me for my custom.

There was some confusion about the quote given which took some handling but the person I dealt with honoured the agreement. As usual, the equipment was excellent and they delivered quickly and efficiently.

I have bought several pieces of equipment here. On a recent visit there was Lymow 1+ on display something I been watching on the Internet because of the very steep slopes in my garden. I acquired it. Greg's advice and assistance in getting the machine set up has been invaluable.
