I’ve been using Doris CCTV as my go-to…

I’ve been using Doris CCTV as my go-to supplier, and they’ve been consistently excellent. What really sets them apart is their reliable next-day delivery — it’s a huge help when you need equipment quickly and can’t afford delays.

Their stock is always well-priced and of great quality, and I’ve never had any issues with orders. Everything arrives on time and exactly as expected. On top of that, their customer service is friendly and efficient, making the whole process smooth from start to finish.

Highly recommend Doris CCTV to anyone looking for a dependable CCTV supplier you can trust.

Product arrived, but delivery took too long

The product arrived and is working well.

Before payment, communication with Paul Carter was very fast and helpful. However, after payment, responses became very limited, especially when I had concerns about the delivery.

Shipping took significantly longer than expected, partly due to customs processing in Romania.

In the end, I received the order and everything is fine, but communication during delivery could definitely be improved.
