Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the confusion caused by the emails you received. Unfortunately, during the final stages of processing your order, we discovered a stock discrepancy which meant the item was no longer available to send. Although a dispatch notification had already been generated, we were unable to fulfil the item and therefore issued you a full refund as soon as this was identified.
We completely understand how disappointing and confusing this must have been, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused. 💕

Absolutely LOVE Dolly Wears everything is always perfect! Pretty outfits for my little Princess and always new pretties to explore. Good rewards scheme for all orders which come in very useful for big hauls of clothes. Used them for years and always recommend them to other people after multiple compliments on my daughters clothing and accessories.

first time ordering and the material…
first time ordering and the material seems very cheap, the request to return was denied (final sale item) don’t remember being notified that no return would be able to be issued due to this. due the the material looking/ feeling like it’s from SHEIN.
Will definitely debate reordering certain designs from there.
the blankets I orders were great. just not the sleep suit material.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. 🤍 We’re really pleased to hear that you loved the blankets, although we’re sorry that you weren’t as happy with the sleepsuits. We’re incredibly proud of the quality of our products and have many customers who return to us time and time again, but we completely appreciate that fabric preferences can be very personal and not every item will be right for everyone. Regarding your return request, the items purchased were final sale items and therefore not eligible for return. This is stated within our returns policy and applies to all final sale purchases, which is why our team were unfortunately unable to accept the return on this occasion.
We’re sorry that your first experience with us wasn’t completely positive, but we really appreciate your lovely comments about our blankets and hope you continue to enjoy them. 🤍

Pyjamas
I placed 2 orders around a year apart and am pleased with the consistency. Shipping and delivery is fast, packaging is cute and practical and the pyjamas are the best quality I’ve ever had. It’s so nice to be able to get character pyjamas for my kids that fit so well and are such high quality. They are incredibly soft for children’s skin and wash very well also. I’m not quite sure how they do it for the price but I’ll be coming back for more!

Poor quality …
I ordered a school dress for my daughter and the quality of it is just appalling. It’s so thin and threads are hanging off everywhere. I paid £18 including delivery and honestly supermarket ones are so much better.
Shame as I loved the design, but clearly this is poor quality Chinese make.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with your school dress, particularly as you loved the design. The quality you’ve described certainly isn’t what we would expect from our products. If your dress has arrived with loose threads or you believe there may be a quality issue, we would always encourage you to contact our customer service team with your order details and some photos so that we can take a look and help resolve this for you. We also have a 14 day return policy, therefore if you are unhappy with them please to not hesitate to return them, if you are in the timeframe. We’re genuinely sorry that your order hasn’t met your expectations on this occasion and would really appreciate the opportunity to look into it for you. 🤍

Items are of poor quality and materials…
Items are of poor quality and materials are not as described. Sizing also runs big. Also be careful as they do not let you return sale items. Customer service is not good. I wouldn't buy from here again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your order, as this isn’t the experience we want our customers to have. We apologise that you weren’t happy with the quality or fit of the items you received. We sell thousands of pieces and are incredibly proud of the quality of our clothing, with many of our customers returning to us time and time again. We do, however, appreciate that sizing and personal expectations around fabrics and fit can vary. Regarding your return, reduced sale items are not eligible for return, which is stated within our returns policy and applies consistently to all customers purchasing from our sale. We’re also sorry to hear you felt our customer service wasn’t good. Our team always aims to be friendly, helpful and transparent, while following the policies in place. It’s disappointing that we weren’t the right fit for you on this occasion, but we appreciate you sharing your experience with us. 🤍
