I ordered some combat boots that arrived in November. By January they are unusable with the platform completely separating from the sole. I e-mailed them and got an immediate response, which I then realised was AI. It refused to refund or replace them as they were purchased outside of the 30 day window. I’ve worn these shoes about 6 times.

Low quality, and they do not refund the money, they only offer a credit. Why would I want a credit at the store where the quality does not meet my expectations?

Terrible customer service. Items paid for and not shipped are just forgotten. Customer service says they are working hard to complete the order (probably a bot) but after 3 weeks I’ve lost patience.
Update: after many emails a month later I was given a refund.
I think there probably short handed in shipping and customer service leading to items missing and slow resolution.
Used to be fast shipping and great customer service. No more.

Avoid shopping with this company at all costs. They don’t offer refunds! Even when paying with a debit card, their only option is to receive a gift card to the store. This tactic is designed to encourage you to make another purchase, even if you’re dissatisfied with the poor quality of the merchandise. Their customer service is nonexistent. Attempting to contact them through social media is a waste of time. This company is a scam, and the shoes they sell are impossible to wear. The value of the products I’ve received is extremely terrible.

Scummy company who will lie about things to anyone you submit a dispute to. Said my account was blocked due to an "outstanding balance." This is just a flat out lie. I submitted a dispute to my card because their customer service told me to tough luck about a legitimate issue with their payment processing. Tried to take my money and give a gift card when I deserved a monetary refund. After a month of dealing with horrible customer service, I finally got a resolution. Now they are trying to deduct a shipping fee from my return even though it was not specified when selecting a return option or by the person "helping me" that this would be deducted. They pointed me to some random ToS page, even though the return was being authorized by a real human being for a monetary refund. They can go ahead and "block my account". They would be doing me a massive favor.

Definitely my last time shopping with this brand, don’t know why I risked it with all the bad reviews going around. Somehow I get blamed and punished for DollsKill packing and sending the incorrect size product but if I had shipment protection they’d treat me better? Shipping wasn’t the problem if you’re sending the wrong size to begin with. Wish I actually got what I paid for but I guess I did in some ways with the poor reasoning and behind helping me correct their mistake. Wish I never got the package to begin with, now I have to look at something I’ll never be able to wear and wonder wtf am I gonna do with this perfectly fine snowsuit.

Teilweise extrem schlechte Qualität der Produkte, eine Tasche war zu 100% gebraucht..
Auf meine Mails und Fotos wurde nicht richtig eingegangen, mir wurde Rücksendung oder 30% Rabatt auf den nächsten Kauf angeboten…
Die Gebühren der Rücksendung sollte ich auch noch bezahlen..

I've shopped here many times and always had a good experience. The clothes are very well described and true to size. They always have sales and used to ship really fast but lately it's been a bit longer.

I would not be able to review anything from the store as I have never received my orders.

I placed an order on 11/11/2025. They have provided me two tracking numbers from third party carriers.

I have every email. I requested a a refund after the first non delivery and was told that they can not provide proof of delivery. That an investigation would be initiated and it never was.

Here we are on delivery number two and upon a false delivery and requesting a refund, customer service has asked me to accept a 70% refund for receiving nothing due to the, “loses suffered by the store.”

My home has 24/7 cameras and unfortunately I will be filing a police report on Monday for my stolen money. PLEASE do not allow them to do this to you.

Bought my daughter’s Christmas present from this company. She did not like one of the pairs of pants. The company charged for the return but gave us a gift card for the rest. No refunds allowed to your original payment method.

My daughter found another pair of pants that she wanted, and we placed an order. An hour later she found a dress. I went to the site to modify the order and discovered that I couldn’t. An order placed an hour before is unable to be canceled or modified. Worst customer service ever. If we hadn’t had a gift card I couldn’t spend any place else, I wouldn’t be spending money for the next item. If they had allowed me to modify the order, it is likely we would’ve bought at least two more items. Since we could not, we bought one more item to use up the gift card and we won’t be shopping there again. The garbage answer the customer representative gave me an hour after I placed first order was the order was already processed …. This was at 9 o’clock at night so the “processing” is just the computer placed an order speak. Modifying the order on their part could’ve easily been taken care of with a few clicks and there would have been a happy customer instead of one who won’t be back.

I placed an order on 12/17/2025 did upgraded shipping and still hadn’t received the shoes. I first initially asked for a refund for the shipping on Christmas Eve with hopes of still receiving the shoes but here I am on today and still hadn’t received the shoes or tracking information so I requested a refund for the shoes as well. Please order at your own risk from this place.

This company can’t even provide a phone number to call and check on an order and you have to buy protection on your package what a slimy ass company.

Terrible store. 1 star is not low enough. The clothes are terrible quality and is extremely overpriced with a terrible return policy. Please never shop there.

They will not refund you for returns or faulty items. They claim to just give store credit for returns which is already terrible, but even this is false. They haven't responded to my inquiries for weeks now and never sent a return label. Luckily my credit card company was able to dispute my payment and refund me. Total scam company, don't buy from them.

FEAR Dolls kill: IF YOUR ORDER IS MISSING THEY WILL NOT RESPONDE TO YOU, THEY WILL HOLD YOU ACCOUNTABLE. IN ONE OF MY ORDERS THEY DELAYED FOREVER AND THE SECOND ONE, THEY SEND ME A NOTE TELLING ME THAY MY ORDER IS IN DELAY...AND THEN, THE MONTHS KEEP PASSING AND NO MORE NEWS FROM THEM.

Just like many other reviews I never received my item. They refuse to refund. This has to be illegal.

Don’t but from them.

They tried to deliver my package ONCE, and no more. I contacted support and they said it's not going to be delivered and I can get store credit back, but not the tax or shipping money, just a big f*** you. Never buying from them again.

I‘m so disappointed. I ordered before Halloween. It’s almost the next year and still no order arrived.
I wrote 4 emails still no awnser. I even tried contacting them through the app to get a refund or one of those gift cards instead. I just wanted those two items nothing more. I also bought the 360° Protection. Such a waste. I’m so disappointed since the clothes look really cool in general.
I filed a complaint with PayPal now in order to get at least my money back (it’s over 100$ for two items I never got)

I ordered a beautiful dress. It came after a really long time. The dress was mediocre at best but cost 90 dollars. Not to mention the fabric was itchy, kinda like the dresses you put on toy barbies. Then I keep getting charged for some membership that is super hard to cancel. I'm pretty well verse in computer literacy but they purposely make it hard to cancel. Frankly, the integrity of this company seems to be low.
