I appreciated that 'the Doctor' questioned why it was I wanted certain meds when I had already had some, of the same meds, earlier in the year. To me my requirement is/was simple but having to explain my reasoning to a Doctor, who subsequently agreed with my reasoning, made me feel 'safer'.

After five days
After five days, I still have not received my order from Boots .
Unfortunately, the level of service has been extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I will be leaving Boots a 1 out of 5 review on Trustpilot, as this is probably one of the worst delivery experiences I have had.
Going forward, I will use Dr Fox, as they have consistently provided an outstanding and reliable delivery service for the last 5 years
It is very disappointing that a company of Boots’ size and reputation cannot provide a comparable level of service.

I Have used Dr Fox Once Before and the service was excellent.
I have used Dr Fox once before you go through a medical questionnaire,
Good service asked about the medication I was requesting and my symptoms! I use the same antibiotics I order from my own doctor I just needed this medication much quicker then going through my own doctor for symptoms I was getting.
The Service, order, and delivery was very quick arrived within couple of days when approved by Dr Fox.

The process and website is simple and easy to order and use, can’t grumble with the delivery time etc, the product itself is a bit useless tbh and not really something I’d rebuy. But not really their fault as a reseller!

Ordered 3 items for a foreign trip and…
Ordered 3 items for a foreign trip and the process was very straightforward. Dr Fox site allowed me to pick what products I needed and the quantity, and to leave a note to say why I needed them. All processed quickly and sent by tracked mail. The only downside is paying 3 times for a prescription and 3 times for postage. Still much easier than trying to get a GP appointment.
