Now two times I contacted Dr-Property and asked for a villa. Simple question, villa available yes/no. I found an email in my inboy that somebody will contact me - but nothing happens. The last statements I can see are from 2018/2019. Do they still exist?

Rating to the real estate agent Doctor Property. My wife and I are from Germany and we have always had the desire to buy a small villa in Thailand. We love this country with its culture and fantastic food. We travel to Thailand for 2 months every year. We always liked Koh Samui very well. The island is just right for our taste. Not too big, not too small, beautiful beaches, very good climate and the real estate market grows here from year to year.

My wife and I had the desire to acquire a beautiful 2 bedroom villa with a beautiful sea view. 2 months we want to use the villa itself and the rest of the year we wanted to rent it. So we started looking for a property. We found the real estate agent Doctor Property. On the website we found 3 beautiful and suitable for us offers. In terms of price you were also very attractive. Overall, the website makes a very fresh and very good impression for me. Everything very clear and well explained. So we asked for our 2 favorites and immediately received a friendly call from a lady from Doctor Property. An appointment was quickly found for the next day.

On time we were picked up the next day in our hotel. The broker has first of all discussed our wishes and ideas. Likewise we were informed, which options we have for a possible purchase. This is not as easy here in Thailand as it is in Germany. But you always find a way. But first we wanted to visit our desired objects. The first villa was in Bophut and we liked it a lot, but the access was not that easy. So it went to the villa number 2 in Chaweng Noi. Again, everything was very nice, fantastic sea view, good building fabric and the price was also very good. The real estate agent has been able to explain everything very well and has also informed us about all prices (maintenance, electricity, water, ...). After completion of the visit, we then got a first conclusion. We really liked everything, but the access to the villa was partly too steep for us.

The estate agent of Doctor Property then suggested we visit another villa. This just got you into the marketing just a day ago. We agreed and wanted to visit this villa in Lamai Beach. The driveway here was much better and we liked it a lot. The villa itself was also according to our wishes. Modern construction, 2 bedrooms, large terrace and our desired sea view. The villa was completed only a year ago. We were really excited. The price was also good.

After these many impressions, we have requested a reflection period of 2 weeks. After two days, the broker has called us again and has offered us another discount for the 3rd Villa. We were very pleasantly surprised. After discount we had not asked. After much consideration, we decided then for the villa in Lamai Beach. We have not regretted our decision yet. We can recommend Doctor Property to 100%. Very good offer, good prices, very good advice and support throughout the purchase process. So full 5 stars for Doctor Property.

Yesterday we received an invitation for a review of Doctor Property. We were very satisfied with this company, so we would like to say a few words here. First of all, we looked around the internet for a 3 bedroom villa on Koh Samui and found the website of Doctor Property. Here we have also found 2 interesting objects and made a request for a visit. After only 30 minutes we have already received a very friendly call. We arranged a first meeting by discussing our wishes. On the same day a very friendly and competent broker came to our hotel. We clarify once our wishes, our ideas and of course our budget. After that, we were first advised what opportunities exists to acquire a property at all. The model Leasehold and Freehold was discussed. We had no idea about this legal situation before, but we were well advised by this conversation.

The broker picked us up the next day and showed us the two of our selected properties in Chaweng Noi. We were really impressed by the fantastic sea view and of course the villa. Alternatively, the broker has shown you two other very beautiful objects in Bophut. But our choice fell on our first favorite object. All information about the villa, the maintenance costs and the rental service we have received. The visit took place in March. After 3 weeks of reflection, we finally signed the contract and bought the villa. Now we enjoy the great sea view on our beautiful terrace and do not regret our decision. We can recommend 100% to Doctor Property. Very good offers, good prices, very friendly and competent broker team. We are absolutely satisfied with the service of this company.
