Ordered, no good online. Vet swabbed, neighbour registered. Phone acting stupid, didnt know if registration had gone through. Phoned, reassured it had, so could post samples for my boys. Received everything in writing recently, a bit more safety for my 2 boys, little foreign rescues, treasured beyond belief..thank you

I saw this on a BBC programme and thought this was a good idea. I went on the website and ordered the kit. It arrived just before Christmas but I waited until after to activate and send back as I didn't want it to get lost in the Christmas post. The procedure was straight forward i.e. taking a swab and sending off and I received a confirmation of receipt via email. I was informed that it would take a few weeks to put on the DNA database but I received an email within a couple of weeks which was quicker than expected. Overall very satisfied with the service.

I found the Cellmark DNA kit easy to do so I ordered another for my other dog .

An additional layer of security for our puppy Frank & some extra reassurance for us. This was a very quick & simple process to complete. Let’s hope we never need to use this service.
Great free tag & sticker to spread the word. Surprised our vets didn’t know anything about the testing but when I explained they fully recommended the science behind it.

Very efficient service, great testing pack design with fast DNA logging results. Shame I didn't know I'd get a tag & window sticker in my pack, wouldn't have bought them separately if the contents of the pack were on the site ;)

filled the form out wrong they emailed me to let me know and corrected it.

The swab was easy to accomplish and to have the peace of mind knowing if the worst ever happened, there is light at the end of the tunnel feels great.
