No recommend this broker. Worst experience waiting for my renewal to go different broker

DNA insurance the best broker around. Thomas was very helpful and answered all my questions.I Have been with them for 3 years and I’ve had no issues at all.

Aaliyah Garber was amazing with her help. When no one else would help me or put the phone down on me Aaliyah garber made sure that I recieved the help i needed and done it in the time frame i needed it for she was truthful in everything she said and understood all of my circumstances. She ensured she called me as soon as she heard from the insurance companies and was overall a massive help and gave me a lot of peace of mind as i was struggling with the other employees deeply as they were not very helpful.

Matthew has been outstanding in sourcing us a cover. We are a relatively new business, so this was a challenging undertaking, but it was delivered, and it was delivered in a very quick and professional manner. I would 100% recommend.

Awful company. Insure you, then ask multiple questions, then cancel your insurance, oh and charge you for the privilege, and make it harder and more expensive to get cover. Look forward to being sued for my money back.

Absolute rubbish.,Since looking at all the other unhappy customers 37% at present, this is not an isolated incident. I said I was happy to limit the vehicles to the one address but you said as you have now disclosed you own more than one property, that’s it. I asked you to find me an alternative company when one of your staff said to me they were surprised DNA put me with Q underwriting due to them being really difficult, and I was told none of your insurers would quote.

**UPDATE**
Just gets worse… Turns out my insurance WASN'T cancelled after all, even though DNA told me it was, and sent an email confirming such. I even called them a couple of days later to get a refund, only to be told they were waiting on a final figure from the insurance company. I then had to stay at home, thinking I had no insurance, and then take out a private policy on one vehicle. Now I find out from Q underwriting that my policy had not been cancelled, and they are still insuring me!
I feel a complaint to the ombudsman is due for this incompetent company.

Toni was fabulous on the phone today couldn’t have done more to help me. a real credit to your team.

My dad used the services a few weeks ago and had nothing but good things to say about the company. Especially a massive thankyou to mabz for making the process so smooth and stress free - he’s a great asset to the team!
