🚨 SCAM
🚨 SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! 🚨
[NOTE: THERE ARE MANY REVIEWS ACROSS GOOGLE AND AUTOTRADER WHERE MANY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN SCAMMED LIKE ME]
I bought a van from them and within a day the ‘check engine’ warning light came on and beeped constantly. I took it straight to a mechanic who as soon as he sat in the cab said the electronics had been tampered with to temporarily disable the warning lights for sale. My mechanic said ‘it’s a rip off’.
A second mechanic said it had major failures and it wouldn’t pass an MOT so they have sold me a van not fit for purpose and hidden the fault deliberately. When I tried to take it back the owner flat out refused to acknowledge the written report from the mechanic because the light was not showing at the time (like when they sold it to me). So I took it to A THIRD MECHANIC who ran a diagnostic which revealed about 12 different faults. Some critical and major. Plus faulty brakes and oil leaking all over them.
These guys are fraudsters and scammers and operate under different names, because this has happened to so many people and they are trying to wash their atrocious presence online.
🚨 On Autotrader and Google, DM vans have loads of reviews where people have been scammed like me 🚨
When Ivan (the guy who worked there) was showing me the van, he told me not to press the pedal too hard ‘because it was cold’. Now it’s clear that they didn’t want me to notice the knocking in the engine because of the faulty injector. They KNEW there were all these faults and they tried to hide them despite saying everything was fine with it.
When I went to the office to ask for a refund showing evidence from my mechanic and videos of the warning lights, the owner said it means nothing.
I will be taking them to court.

We are disappointed to read this review, as it does not reflect our experience of this matter.
Shortly after purchase, the customer contacted us regarding a reported engine management light and misfire. We immediately offered to inspect and repair the vehicle at our expense, or alternatively provide a replacement vehicle. Both options were declined.
The customer then advised us that the van was not driveable in its current condition. In an effort to resolve the matter quickly and amicably, we offered a full refund.
When the vehicle was returned to us, we carried out our own inspection and were unable to replicate the reported misfire or engine management light issue. No fault relating to the complaint was present at the time the vehicle was returned.
We take customer satisfaction seriously and always aim to resolve genuine concerns fairly. In this case, we offered repair, replacement, and ultimately a full refund in an effort to assist the customer. We therefore strongly reject the allegations of dishonesty, fraud, or deliberate concealment of faults.
As this matter may be subject to further proceedings, we do not intend to discuss it further in a public forum.

Clear communication, honest prices
Great communication, clear listings, lots of vans to view. All priced very fairly and competitively. Ivan and Sumbi were very helpful, I was given freedom to just view vans at my pace, open them up, start them up and could request test drives too. Good spot!
