Bought some QED speaker cable at an extremely competitive price on Sunday. I left it late to purchase before carpet fitters were scheduled to arrive, however after an email, I was reassured and sure enough it arrived on Tuesday morning in plenty of time! Exceptional product and service. Highly recommended A-V supplier.

I ordered QED Performance 1 interconnects 5m.
Cables sent were black but the listing showed white and described as 'facelifeted with white silky white jacket'. bit disappointed but I'm sure it sounds the same. Too much hassle to post back etc.

Having now made two purchases, one direct and one is Amazon, products arrived on time as ordered. In addition they amended my order at my request owing to an error on my part. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

When I ordered an item from Divine Audio for delivery to an address abroad, I had all sorts of problems remembering my password on a new payment card. Eventually, I used an old Paypal Account --- and, having placed the order, suddenly thought it might be despatched to an address where I no longer live, and that I might never see the goods.

I sent frantic mails to the company, and received prompt, reassuring replies that the item was on its way to the correct address.

The item was despatched quickly, and was trackable in UK post, and in the international postal services of my country.

In the world of hifi audio, this was a relatively low-cost purchase, but, if I'd be confident, now, spending trusting high-value purchases to Divine.

If I wasn't 5,000 miles away, I'd like to visit their shop!

I recently purchased the Arcam rWand and rWave to connect to my rCube. It has changed the way that i listen to my music as I think that streaming is the future. The sound is superb and is simple to set up and operate. I purchased the two items from Divine Audio for £100 when they are typically £150 elsewhere on the net. I thought it must have been a misprint as shortly after my purchase Divine Audio increased the prices on their own web site. They honoured my purchase and go to the top of my list for customer service. I purchase a fair amount of audio/hi-fi/av etc and Divine Audio are a company I would happily deal with again.
