Wow, what an unforgettable trip we’ve had! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organised, and I can’t thank Jessica and the Diverse Travel team enough for making it so seamless.

The hotel we stayed at, Dream Castle Hotel, was absolutely beautiful. The students loved the pool area, and we made the most of it. It was a great spot for everyone to relax and unwind after a fun day. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, offering a wide range of options that everyone enjoyed.

Our day trip to the Eiffel Tower was absolutely fantastic, and the students were buzzing with excitement from start to finish! The moment we arrived, they were in awe of the iconic landmark, and it was clear that seeing it in person was a dream come true for many. The views from the top were breathtaking, and the students couldn’t get enough of the stunning panorama of Paris. It was such a memorable experience, and everyone was thrilled to have the chance to explore this famous monument up close. From the lift ride to the observation decks, the energy was contagious, and there were plenty of photos taken to capture the moment. Jessica suggested this visit, and it was so worth it!

The final confirmation pack we received was incredibly helpful and well organised. It included all the essential information we needed, from travel details to itineraries, making it easy to stay on track throughout the trip. The pack also had additional useful tips and reminders, such as emergency contact numbers, hotel information, and even suggestions for things to do during free time. Having everything laid out so clearly helped us feel fully prepared and ensured there were no surprises along the way. It was a great resource that made the whole experience run smoothly from start to finish.

Entering the park was a breeze, thanks to the pre-arranged tickets, and the meal vouchers worked perfectly. The students were thrilled with their meals, and the variety (burgers, pasta, hotdogs, etc.) was a big hit.

I also have to give a special mention to the coach driver, Marc from South Eastern Travel, he was absolutely fantastic! Friendly, welcoming, and a joy to be around. The students really enjoyed having him as part of the experience, and we would love to have him on our next trip. Our coach journey was smooth, and Marc’s helpfulness at every stop ensured we all felt safe and relaxed the entire time.

The boat ride was smooth, with no issues at all. Check-in was quick and easy, which made things so much less stressful. Throughout the entire trip, we felt incredibly safe and well informed. Before boarding the coach, boat, and entering Disney, we were given clear safety briefings and helpful tips, which made us feel at ease. The coach driver made sure everyone was comfortable and aware of the safety procedures, ensuring we knew exactly what to do in case of an emergency. On the boat, the crew provided a thorough safety briefing, and throughout the journey, they were always on hand to assist and answer any questions. In Disney, we were given guidance on how to stay safe and navigate the park efficiently, which was very reassuring. Knowing that all aspects of our trip were planned with safety in mind made the experience even more enjoyable and stress free.

The trip has truly been amazing, filled with memories that will last a lifetime. Everything exceeded my expectations, and the trip was planned so perfectly. If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be to include a wider variety of restaurants for the meal vouchers. Having a few more options would have been great, but that’s a very minor detail in an otherwise perfect experience.

The weather was good, one day was sunny and one day slightly chilly but manageable - no rain!

Absolutely perfect communication from start to finish. Dasha (Dariya) has been so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. She even anticipated my worries! I really had an awful previous experience with another travel company but I did not have a single issue with Direct School Travel. On the day of the trip, the coach was clean and spacious with working toilets, the drivers were nice too. We did not get lost and drivers knew their way around. We had vouchers with the ferry which was super convenient. Our visit timings were great and our activities were a success with our students. Suggesting returning via the shuttle was such a great idea too. I would book again in the blink of an eye. Dasha really went above and beyond and even checked everything was ok during the trip! Strongly recommend!

I have recently returned from a 5-night school trip going all the way from Glasgow, Scotland to Vancouver, Canada. When I originally enquired about running a trip to Vancouver, many other travel companies just didn’t get back to me, while others provided extortionately expensive quotes. Nadège from Diverse School Travel did neither - instead, she provided exceptional communication, a fantastic itinerary and constant contact over what ended up being a two-year planning period. I have been on school trips run with other school travel providers and none of them have been as well-organised or offered as personalised a service as Diverse did. Nadège operated from a position of complete trust throughout and never once pressured us to confirm the booking before we were ready to. The trip itself ran without a hitch and the company were in constant communication each day to check in and provide driver details for private coach hires etc. I would not hesitate to work with Diverse School Travel to organise school trips in the future; given their performance with organising this long-haul adventure, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Diverse really understand the needs of the school by taking time to get to know the objectives of a trip, the type of school, the background of the students etc. Every part of the trip was planned in detail. The timings were accurate and we were never in any doubt that a provider would be expecting us. Diverse are always approachable by phone and email. They welcome questions - large or small - and care about the detail. They have been flexible right up to the day of travel and even making adjustments to the trip when we are away. I would always use them as my first choice in the future.

This is the fifth time I've used Diverse to travel to Geneva to visit CERN, the UN and the various museums and city. Dariya's organisation and responsiveness were excellent, and I received timely reminders for minor administrative details that were really helpful. It was well-planned as usual and there was very little down-time which ensured that no mischief could happen.

Well organised trip with good all round support

They walked us through every step for a group of 13 Year 6 children to Amsterdam. Although the initial itinerary wasn't 100%, with constant communication and dedicated helpers we were able to make a personalised plan for our children and our school. The final pack is very detailed and the staff are incredibly kind, supportive and flexible. Thank you!

Diverse school travel where totally amazing. I took 30 pupils to Geneva to visit the large Hadron collider among other activities. The person from Diverse that where organising things from their end was Leanne Wightman; she was faultless, if you get her you are very lucky. Great communication in the build up to the trip, nothing was too much hassle, the information pack was planned in the finest detail, which made getting to and from activities easy; transfers were all on time; felt safe throughout the duration of the trip and they fully met the brief. It was a wonderful trip. This was the second time that I have used the company and definitely will do again in the future.

First time going away using Diverse School Travel and there were no issues from the company, everything was well thought & laid out with minimal to no problems or confusion, their communication with our college was on point, they were patient when we was booking and had to make ammendments and they chose a good itinerary for the ages of our students.
