Bad quality !! Bad costumer service

This is my second order placed I gave them benefit of doubt with the first taking a long time and missing an item but was rectified. unfortunately my next order has still yet to arrive and trying to get through and an answer even by email or messenger is proving difficult. I placed order on the 19th Feb and still
Nothing.

The Fur Jacket looks nothing like the picture it’s ugly and super bulky and they won’t give you a refund so just be cautious of what you order. If it’s a pre order item don’t do it bc Im convinced it’s drop shipped to you from their vendor and they don’t do a quality check. Terrible customer service

I haven't received any information to return items

I bought three coats from this company and my goodness, they are all beautiful. I was skeptical but I’m so glad I brought these coats.

If I’m honest, I don’t like the level of responsiveness from customer service. I emailed you guys and explicitly stated that my order was suing delivered but was no where to be found. Customer service sent me a generic response about checking around my door. I had to call the delivery service and they tracked the package to my neighbor’s house. I can’t help but feel your company should’ve been a little more helpful than telling me to “check around my door”. It makes me not want to order from you again because I now know that if there is an issue, your company doesn’t care about getting involved to solve it.

I received a top with makeup stains on both the inside and outside. Despite contacting the webshop immediately, they did not offer a proper solution. No empathy, no real customer service, just brushed off. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Shipping was fast, and material is of high quality. I ordered a pink lace jump suite and it’s so pretty. Wanted to leave a positive review because we often only leave negative reviews. Found them on insta and it was exactly what I wanted.

Major scam, stole my money, never receive merchandise near $100, email address is completely useless. They are 100% unwilling to help complete scam total fraud please be aware.

Received a skirt with multiple holes which was clearly done in production! Received the item May 6, 2023. Contacted them on May 14,23 as I was unaware of the defect until I was about to wear the item. I was told I will not get a refund because their policy says it has to be reported within 24/48 hours within receiving! I did not ask for a refund, but wasn’t offered any compensation, no return for store credit no money taken off to see if it could be fixed just nothing just oh well it’s our mess up but your should’ve inspected your item!

I bought denim jumpsuit. I am 5’2” 166 pounds and the large fit perfect. I do have to wear tall heels but that’s expected. Shipping was very quick. I just purchased another item. Can’t wait til it gets here. Will definitely be shopping here again.
