Choose the number and any options (the price is adjusted based on the choices you make). Click the button “Add to shopping basket”. Continue to checkout – enter your details, choose a payment method and complete the purchase. An order acknowledgement is sent by email. Upload print files and master copies via file upload (the cloud symbol) in the menu. You get a proof sheet of the print files by email, as well as an acknowledgement that your master copy works. A great company that deliver what you order! But remember, shipment is included, but not customs... so if you are from a country like Norway you have to add approx 200$ to the price ;)

Hi Kenneth and many thx for your super rating :) :) this makes us very happy, Just to clarify the costs, when purchasing outside the EU, you purchase without VAT in our webshop. Custom charge is about 15 € and the MVA/VAT will be added at import, these cost will be invoiced separately by the forwarder in our case DHL. So the extra cost is approx 15 €. Mine CD'er virker ikke. De vil ikke erstatte dem og henviser til dette afsnit i deres FAQ.
"BEMÆRK! For cd- og dvd-produktioner på under 300 eks. kopierer (brænder) vi det indsendte materiale på optegnelige diske. Der er nogle CD/DVD-afspillere af især ældre type, som ikke kan afspille disse. Problemet anses dog for at være relativt lille, da mere end 98 % af vores kunder kan afspille kopierede cd’er/dvd’er. Hvis du vil være 100 % sikker på, at alle kan afspille diskene, anbefaler vi, at du i stedet vælger “pressede” cd’er/dvd’er."

Hej Rasmus, tråkigt att du känner såhär, problemet är dock relativt litet men det existerar, det är därför vi skriver om detta i vår FAQ, vi använder de bästa CD-R skivorna på marknaden du kommer få samma resultat oavsett vilket tryckeri du använder dig av så länge produktionen är gjord från CD-R. För att vara 100% säker så bör man pressa från glasmaster ( >300ex) på att de skall fungerar överallt. Fenomenet är vida känt i branschen.
Vi har testat er kopia vi har kvar här och jämfört med er master
dessa spelar perfekt i följande CD-spelare hos oss:
1. Yamaha studio 2: B&O 8000 CD 3. Sony stereo, 4. Grundig compact och vi har även testat i en bilstereo: MB original.
Vi hoppas att problemet håller sig till max 2 % av använda CD spelare.

Hi Erik, not to worry, but did you contact us by mail to get some answers? unfortunately we didn't succeed to send out your project before our Christmas /new yeas holiday., office will open mon 9th of jan, everything is ready so we will send all out v2. hope you will be happy with the quality.

Good on quality and customer service, but their express delivery failed
I am very pleased with the CDs I got. Very helpful with getting the cover right. Was not able to ship CDs in the time frame promised with express delivery, but I was not charged extra. (Would have gotten 5/5 if they had made sure the printing facility but my order first in queue and shipped them out fast).

Hi Arne, sorry you feel that way, we have a huge request rate from Norway so it seems that we have very good prices to offer, and there is actually no custom taxation on these products. But DHL will charge all costumers for import declaration papers (150 nok) and of cause for the VAT (all projects are exported excluded Swedish VAT /Moms). Jag har nu gått igenom er senaste order och ser att beställningen lades några dagar före julafton, eftersom vårt kontor varit stängt för julledighet så har det tagit ungefär en vecka längre än normalt varorna skickades 14 Jan. Hi Eddie, thank för you comment. We will update FAQ asap. We have a special information for Norway (same info as for all other non EU countries) but it can for sure be improved :)
Note: there should be no custom import fees on our products they are all custom free, but customs will charge you aprox 15 Euro for handling the documents. Usually its the forwarder doing this together with the VAT.
