Advertising product Pre4rm whey 2kg on their discount supplements website at €47.95 I called to check stock availability and was told there are 4 in stock (same as in their website) asked did I have to click and collect or could I walk into the store, I was told you can walk in and buy it. I had this item picked up for me and was charged €55!! When I called to enquire I was met with some ridiculous story about they run 3 different websites from the store and if I would have click and collected I would have got it for €47.95!! When I asked why I wasn’t getting it for the online price I got a reply of “you didn’t ask” Seriously avoid this bunch of scammers. A complaint will be made to the CCPC for false advertisement and deception.

The guy named Kyle who works in a store is a scammer. I've bought 2 liver and organ defenders and some more stuff. I received an email from kyle to call him on store number to discuss refund because there is only 1 liver and organ defender available. During the call the dude insist on my credit card data number, security code and expiry date. I wasnt thinking at the moment and thought its a legal store and gave him the data. He heard the numbers well and said can you repeat the expire data than I realized whats happening. He said you can email me with iban so I can return it can go that way. I blocked my card data. Scammers be careful!!

This is my reply to Kyle's answer. Yes I have received the items and refund but whem I read your answer with non insisting on card details its a pure lie- security code, expire date and card number you dont have permission to ask or need to complete the refund. I
The refund was done on my other card on the iban Ive sent to you. This was no misunderstanding but only the card fraud intention.

Ok one last question which I want you to answer in public did you ask me for card number, security code and expire date of my card and if yes answer here why if you can send the refund the way you eventually did?

Everything you could possibly need in a store. I mean, seriously, the volume of choice and products is insane, feels like you're in a warehouse. Also, the prices are affordable, making it really ideal for students and the like.

Use to have a much better collection of pre workouts (stronger ones) but recently I’ve to shop abroad

Company reputation is best defined by how they respond to when things went wrong. First instance, I had was not the best but understandable: the wrong label was applied to the wrong box resulting in the wrong shipment coming to me and mine going to someone else. It took nearly a week to resolve. Not exceptional.

What was exceptional was my most recent experience: I ordered product to my old address (my mistake). I wrote it off and took it on the chin. A couple weeks later, I got a call from a rep called Simon, who was exceptionally understanding of the situation and had informed me my order had been recovered. Subsequently, returned it to me the next day along with other goodies in a Christmas spirit.

An Exceptional and quality experience; special shout out to Simon.
