I guess I have just been scammed
Tried ordering something from timthegardener
Only to receive an order confirmation from this scammers with no date of arrival for my order
Everything looked so fishy
Until I saw the awful reviews which made me believe I have been scammed
STAY OFF guys
They are scammers

This store just tried to scam me when I was paying the wanted a code off my bank and my bank said they was trying to add my card to there Apple Pay

A complete scam. Says bike is free then wants your credit card info.

Ordered through this store, made payment and had emails to advise order completed, then further email to say order updated but unable to open . Emailed them and they've advised order on way but still not able to open. Advised bank of scam but they've also now advised they cannot pay back money . What do I do now ?

I have just ordered 5/6 pairs of shoes and got a email notification but won’t allow me see order confirmation. Please avoid !!

I am amazed it has a score of 1.3. I suppose I should have remembered,“If something sounds too good to be true, then it probably is” I.e a total scam.
I cannot believe somebody left a 5 star review.

Have been through the same experience as others, total scam and they are still ripping people off still after all this time !!

Only left 1 star as wanted to leave a review. Should be able to put negative stars. Absolutely shocking experience. Should not be able to advertise on things like Facebook.

How can I award zero,this is a total scam and is my worst online experience.

Has anyone ever received anything from this company came up as sports direct outlet so ordered a pair of scetchers got tracking number and said it was delivered but not received then said courier had lost my order and would resend same tracking number given and no further information ordered in November!!

I ordered 2 pairs of Sketchers for my husband and me last August. Waited for the delivery time, contacted them. They said they had lost my order and I would receive a refund within 15 days and to check my bank. Nothing has been put back into my bank. I have sent several emails the replies just come back with the same computerised answer. To be patient. I am disgusted with this company, how do they get away with saying they are part of Sports direct and have purchased many items from sports direct with no problem in the past. But this terrible company should be stopped using their name. Outlet is a complete scam. I am still waiting for my refund. Which I don't think I will ever receive. These scammers need to be stopped from taking good hard working people's money. Named & shamed

This company and all its affiliates are SCAMMERS as confirmed by my Credit Card provider. Ordered Sketchers, allegedly from Sports Direct - received confirmation and tracking details but no goods. Did receive responses from my emails when I threatened to go to my CC provider, but these were again full of their much practiced lies. Eventually registered a complaint with my CC provider, and after the mandated timeframe, they reimbursed my money.
Facebook etc should be protecting their users from these SCUM - that is ( Chinese ) Discountstoresale and their many affiliates, who advertised on Facebook etc.

SCAM….!
Now using ADSA instead of SportsDirect. The address in London is just an office space.

Thought I was ordering off sports direct wouldn't let me pay with PayPal thought it was a glitch payed by card

A scam that is via Facebook, Discount Store and when you go to shop it takes you to Sports Direct and offers big discounts ordered 3 pairs of Sketcher’s took my payment immediately gives you a tracking app which is then updated ( so you keep interested ) after 3 weeks I started sending emails and did get replies telling me all still on schedule but still no goods and now I am reading other peoples posts and realise I have been scammed ( why do Facebook let these people get away with it ) doesn’t deserve 1 star but you can’t write your experience without putting 1 star down, please don’t get caught by Discount Store like I did 🥴

Saw advert, on Facebook, supposed to be from Sports Direct.Ordered trainers,money was taken immediately.
Got an email, confirming order, and a tracking number.I was overcharged, initially and when queried by email got no response.
Followed the tracking given, from China for over one month,and finally told item has arrived,
It Has NOT arrived, and am unable to contact these people,as any contact info they give is non existent.
Have been ripped off,surprised Facebook are continually allowing them to advertise.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!

Very poor my order spent more time in Hong Kong and never arrived here said on Track17 that my package had been delivered but it hasn’t and now I cannot get in contact with them. To me it’s a scam stay away as I’ve reported this.
