Well stocked and well priced.
I found Discounted Sunglasses by accident while searching for some new shades and thought the prices were too good to be true, but after reading their reviews I gave them another look and found just what I was looking for at a much better price. They arrived in a reasonable time, well packed and just as described. All in all I'm very happy and will certainly be shopping there again.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Great prices with exemplary customer service. Original order delivered quickly. One of the pair of glasses had a small defect and needed to be returned for replacement. Thankfully the process was hassle free, with a replacement pair despatched very rapidly with great comms with their customer service operative throughout. If only all businesses were run in this courteous and professional fashion. Many thanks.

Extremely disappointed with my experience.
I ordered a pair of Saint Laurent sunglasses, but received only the glasses case – the sunglasses were missing. I reported the issue immediately and provided photographs of the parcel taken before opening it.
Despite this, my claim was rejected based solely on internal packing procedures and records, with no consideration given to the fact that I never actually received the product I paid for.
As a customer, I feel completely let down. I paid for an item that was missing from the parcel, yet no refund or replacement was offered.
I would not recommend buying from this company based on my experience.
