Quick delivery. Reasonable price.

Quick delivery. Reasonable price. Thank you for your business. The score of 3 comes from the quality of the products. I purchased whey protein which contains quite a lot of sugar, salt, carbo etc. I asked for loyalty discount as I wanted to go for pure whey without those unnecessary nutrition, but could not get any.

thank you for your order and feedback. The text seems very positive therefore we are a little disappointed to see the score of only 3 stars. Can you please provide further information as to why you believe we do not warrant a higher rating so that we can look to improve the service.

The pruchase was made on a 2-4 working day service Friday at 12:25pm. We shipped out the order same day and a delivery was successfully completed Monday 20th, just one working day from purchase.

thank you very much for your order and feedback. You made the purchase on Saturday, 4th July and we packed and shipped the order on Monday 6th with Evri.

It seems as though you are one of a number of our customers that encountered delays form the collection on Monday which has left us and more importantly hundreds of customers very frustrated with the delays.

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience this delay may have caused you and we have been in touch with our Evri account manager for an explanation as to why this happened and assurances that it will not happen again.

I can see a scan on Sunday and so the package is making its way through the network, all be it slowly and should be with you any day now.
