Absolute brilliant company. I knew exactly what i wanted from a picture i saw in a magazine. Once found i contacted Direct Tile they were brilliant. They advised that the tiles in the picture were lighter shades than in the photo - i appreciated their honesty but was not disappointed, they look brilliant and my builder has even said he loves them too

We bought tiles here a couple of months ago and were delighted with the product and excellent service from David. We went back last week to buy kitchen tiles. David was not there and unfortunately the guy who served us didn't seem particularly interested. We chose a tile but they were not in stock. Didn't offer to check when they'd be in as he said it could be ages as there is a nationwide shortage of tiles. Didn't suggest anything else so we left and bought tiles in another retailer where there was no evidence of a national shortage.

I simply can't fault these guys, excellent service and communications and the tiles were everything I'd hoped they'd be. Ordering again soon.

Excellent service from this company. They were very helpful when I was choosing tiles for around a swimming pool. Gave good advice.

I found the tiles I wanted on line. Then I found the same tiles at Direct Tile Warehouse cheaper. They were the same tiles because I sent for samples from both companies. The tiles from DTW were delayed because the were not in stock but as soon as they came in they were shipped. Very good service when I phoned to make an enquiry. Well packaged and delivered on a pallet and only a couple of tiles were chipped which I wasn’t bothered about because you always need tiles that are going to be cut anyway. Very very happy from start to finish. Thank you,

Even though my tiles were delayed from their supplier, my queries were always responded to quickly and efficiently within 20 mins of an e-mail.

I was willing to let this go but it’s now happened a second time. After placing my order a week prior to delivery, the tiles didn’t show up on the arranged day. After booking the day off work (unpaid), I rang customer services up 4pm and was told don’t worry, they’ll still arrive by 8pm, of course they didn’t. So that was my whole day and night waiting for something that didn’t come. They eventually arrived 3 days later which I needed to go another day unpaid, waiting around at home. The tiles looks great, however 18 of them were shattered, so they’re currently replacing them. I was told they would be with me today, just rang up this morning to confirm this, which they did. However, I rang up the courier to further confirm this and they’ve said they won’t be arriving until the day after. Thoroughly sick and tired of not being told straight facts, I have a life and the majority of the last week has been myself just waiting and messed about. I just wish they were straight with me and told me I’m sorry, but it won’t be arriving until tomorrow, rather than it will be with you tonight. Atleast I can accept that, with this method they’re currently using, I’m just getting stringed along. Once again, the tiles are great quality and look brilliant. But I’m so miffed off with how much I’ve been messed around. I do understand the courier company is under stress at the moment, however I shouldn’t have been promised a date if there was a likely chance it wouldn’t arrived. Just be straight up.

Bought Tiles for my bathroom, great customer service, delivery was on time and tiles was absolutely quality and beautiful in my bath wall. I recommend Dorect Tile Warehouseany day any time. Thanks Guys

Sadly I am still waiting on an order placed on the 27th May! I have emailed twice with no reply, spoke to customer service who never rang me back, then rang them again a few days later (8th July) to be told the tiles had not been ordered on time by themselves, resulting in a further 4 week delay being incurred on my order.

Wanted to significantly improve the flooring in my garage, found the Dotti Dark Grey porcelain commercial quality tiles at a very competitive price. Covered 25sqm with ease, delivery and customer service has been excellent. Product is impressive and now have a massively upgraded garage floor.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful service, tiles were delivered and they were all different sizes in terms of thickness and width. Complained to direct tile warehouse and was told that they checked the ones they had in their warehouse and they were fine. Therefore was denied a refund. Lost £300 worth of tiles. Terrible company. Useless customer service. Do not order from them.

I was looking for some garage floor tiles.
Direct Tile had the one's I had seen on a car garage review site.
My local Tile firm were almost double the price.
I recieved the tiles on a pallet and not one was broken.
From order to delivery was one week .
Very pleased with finished job.
