No delivery updates
I placed an order on Friday 19th April 2024 and the delivery estimated 2-3 working days. Since then I have received no tracking information, or delivery updates and it is almost a week later. I have no idea when I am going to receive my item.

Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service, buggy has been classed as faulty by the manufacturer & these want nothing to do with it, instead said I should of tried the buggy in store to get a feel for it etc, when a matter of fact I did but in another store & LOVED it but how does getting a feel for a buggy compare to when you get a faulty one? Make it make sence.. bought quite a few bits over the years from these but won’t be anymore.. if you have a faulty buggy they will just palm you off to the manufacturer & not help resolve the issue like their website states they have “amazing aftercare advice & help”

Absolutely brilliant service. Item was delivered really quickly and it was super easy to order and pay. Goods arrived in perfect condition, well packaged but not overly so, so considerate for the environment!

Purchased 24.11.23 fully delivered 30.3.24
Black Friday bargains with a hutch, when ordered not all parts were available to ship, that was okay as baby not due till mid Feb and suspicions and in process of moving from flat to house so that was fine, until it wasn't we purchased an oyster 3 travel set and it was delivered in bits and drabs which must have eaten into any profit margin. The last item the stroller and foot muff delivered 30.3.24 later than we would like but we get it but not ideal. We were kept informed. I would say to future buyers check all items are in this country and can be dispatched when you purchase.

Great service & product
Great service & product. I needed to change the delivery address, as the wrong one had automatically been applied from my payment method, I sent an email & they responded quickly & changed it for me no problem. The item was on pre order so they kept me updated regularly on delivery & when in stock it was delivered quickly. The item itself is great quality I will definitely be purchasing from this company again.
