Missing item
Did delivery late, said cup holder out of stock but after we checked delivery the car seat was missing. Said out of stock, deliver in 10 days or different colour quicker. Dissapointed not told before delivery or even at delivery car seat not delivered. A quick check note or email would have been much better for good service instead of us being worried and having to chase it up.

The customer service is absolutely…
The customer service is absolutely excellent! Had a slight mix up and it was dealt with so quickly; emails were responded to promptly and a refund was processed by David before I'd even sent the item back (item was cheaper than anywhere else too). I'd definitely recommend Direct4Baby and will be using them again in the future!

When I ordered it said next day delivery that’s why I went with direct 4 baby’s got to a point where i had to email to ask where the item is as they was taking so long never got no email nothing about my order they told me a certain day still didn’t come on that day
I was waiting on a part to my pram which meant I couldn’t go out anywhere will my baby

Late and poor communication
Product was ordered 20th July. However it landed in September 3 weeks after my grandson was born. There was no communication unyil it was initiated by myself, asking what is the delay. The response was immediate but should have been supplied without prompting the supplier. Bag is here finally and my daughter is happy with the product.

I searched all sites for my pram travel system, direct4baby had the best price around, £400 cheaper than other big stores and after reading reviews I ordered.

Ordered a travel stroller
Ordered a travel stroller, it wasn’t delivered, when we questioned they said they over sold, promised would be in next few days, a week went by we got the same generic email saying oversold, the order status on the shop app says it had been delivered, although they had emailed saying they couldn’t send it as didn’t have the product, we are still without a stroller 2 weeks on and are awaiting further excuses.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. Paid for express delivery on a pushchair, it came the following morning via DPD and was perfect . Excellent from start to end and great correspondence letting know of updates. Will order via direct4baby again. I also would like to say the price of this pushchair on most other websites was substantially higher but the competitive prices and good customer service I will recommend and re buy using this business.
