Having placed an order in November for quite a lge amount, for me at least, I finally received my coins last weekend. I had become quite sceptical due to the length of time but James Byrne kept me updated with the process. There were times when I was quite concerned but James appreciated that and even coped with me when I asked if it was a scam etc etc. Patience has paid off and I would use this company again.

It's been a fantastic experience dealing with Direct Bullion, and Aston in particular has been outstanding. He not only took the time to talk me through the various options to invest in gold bullion, but also followed up post sales with ensuring that I fully understood the next steps in terms of taking delivery and securing the products. I'll definitely be purchasing from DB and Aston again in the near future.

Although I have other investments, I hadn’t bought gold before, so I felt somewhat apprehensive, especially when buying online.
James explained my options and helped me invest. I was made aware that demand was high, so a delivery delay was inevitable. The price is locked in once an order is placed, and I was comfortable with this arrangement. I now have the goods, and I'm already seeing the benefit of investing in gold. I happily recommend Direct Bullion to anyone thinking of investing in precious metals.

My 4star rating was knowing that Harry, the Senior Account Manager who dealt with my transfer of Gold Queens Beast Coins was available as soon as I telephoned or emailed with a question regarding my purchase. He was Informative, friendly, gave good advice and very knowledgeable. Payment along with all the paperwork was straight forward and easy. A minor critisism would be the length of time the deal was completed in, but I now have some lovely Gold Coins which I am very pleased with.

With gold price rising sharply over the last few months and demand high it has led to a slightly longer wait for delivery but Harry has kept me informed all the way through the process.

I approached this company a couple of years ago to move my pension into gold. The agent that responded was most helpful and patient. Health matters got in the way last year, but I am pleased to have now completed things.
Harry was excellent in keeping in touch without being pushy at all. I am very pleased with my experience.
If I remember correctly I saw an advert on Youtube.

I ordered 4 coins at the beginning of November and am still to receive them. After countless attempts to call and get an answer on my order and dozens of emails I just seem to be getting fob off answers, and that’s if they even bother replying.

I’ve asked about cancelling my order and they assure me my order is ready for dispatch!

After handing over just short of £3500 3 months ago to say I’m getting angry and upset is an understatement.

I would be very wary of doing business with them.

Update!!

I called again on Wednesday afternoon and spoke to a guy called Garry, he put me on hold for about 5 minutes and then came back to me and assured me he was looking into it and the person he needed to speak to was on a call. I could either wait on hold or he promised to call me back within 10 minutes………. It’s now Friday evening and he’s not called.
Seems to be part of their “script” 🤨

ANOTHER UPDATE 😔

After another 3 weeks of false promises with emails and phone calls I was “PROMISED” my now 4 month of waiting was over and my gold would “definitely” be delivered on Friday last week. I was assured a tracking number would be sent to me by the end of the day, 5 days later and I still have no tracking number or a response from Francesca as to what is going on.

Guess what!!! It didn’t show up.

Sent an instruction to sell my gold on 26/1/26. I called on 02/02/26 to check on progress. This so-called broker had not actioned my sell instruction. They said they were busy. They had the instruction for one week and told me they were busy. This delay corresponded with a huge correction in the gold price. This was totally and utterly unprofessional. Do not, I repeat, do not use this broker. They are unprofessional and unreliable and because they operate in an unregulated market, there is no accountability.
