Mandy and her team have been invaluable. The palliative care for my mum was sensitive, gentle and professional. Words cannot say - they are special people and I don't know what I would have done without them. Mandy's extensive experience was evident and helped me through the heart breaking process of losing my mum. I was lucky to have found Dinarie and was able to do the best for my mum at home. Mandy and her team are currently providing round-the-clock care for my mother-in-law, and have been providing waking nights care for the past several months. As well as their professional and personal care, we have been very impressed by their compassion and empathy, actively seeking to support her in the things she still likes doing and getting to know her on a deep level. Mandy's communication with the family is regular and detailed, and we feel kept up to date with every development and need.

When our family needed sudden palliative care, Dinarie was there to support and guide us. They gave us hope and confidence that looking after my aunt and keeping her comfortable was the right thing to do all whilst in the comfort of our own home. With their support we have managed to get the correct equipment at home to continue to support our family in the near future. Luckily she is still with us after 2 years of home palliative care due to the support we have received from them- even them just being at the end of a phone when we've been unsure. Its lovely to have the same face rather than use a company that hire hundreds of nurses for the same purpose. We've built a good relationship with Dinarie and really appreciate their hard work. Dinarie provided the most amazing care for my friend during her final weeks. My friend received the most proffessional care, medication controlled to ensure no pain or discomfort. But not only did my friend receive the best care, so did her family. Dinarie helped us to look after my friend ourselves, showing and teaching us how to help her. Dinarie ooze compassion, empathy, kindness and support. Cannot recommend highly enough. We will be forever grateful.

Dinarie provided a truly professional service at home in my mothers final weeks , the care she received was faultless by all the team and was provided with the upmost compassion on a 24/7 basis giving my wife and I the reassurance that her final days were well cared for.
