Pleased with service

Excellent service as always

Have ordered several items from them over the years both for personal and business use. The quality is good and the service is excellent. Communication is great (thank you Lewis). Always my go to website for tech accessories.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service. Initially I had been sent the wrong phone charger. When I sent an email explaining this, I was promised a next day delivery of the correct charger with a pre-paid envelope to return the wrong one. I also had an instant and sincere apology.
Sure enough, the next day I received the correct charger.
I couldn't ask for better service, and as I have used Digital Save before my experience has never been anything other than perfect.

Was offered 24 hrs delivery so I paid…

Was offered 24 hrs delivery so I paid the extra money for it. Took over 2 days to arrive, contacted them and they blamed royal mail. Shouldn't offer 24 hrs delivery if they can't fulfil that promise. They were happy enough to take the higher payment for faster delivery !

Hi Carole,

We are very sorry that it arrived within two days and not 1 day as expected.

Unfortunately, all we can do is offer some of the different services that our delivery partners provide and then rely on them to perform the task they are paid for. As I am sure you can understand, we do not have the facility to deliver all our orders ourselves so must use companies like Royal Mail. Once we hand items over to them, it is outside of our control. Apart from the the biggest retailers, that have their own distribution facilities, that is how most online retailers must operate. Particularly the smaller ones like ourselves.

We do state that all the delivery options carry "estimated" delivery time frames, not absolute guarantees. Due to the aforementioned restrictions. Furthermore, Royal Mail staff have been on several strikes in the last few months. These have caused very significant disruption in their network, as warned on our website.

Once again, we are sincerely sorry that it arrive a day later than expected.
