Not received my order.
After 3 weeks waiting for my order I still have not received it. I will certainly not be recommending people to do business with you.
After you emailed me saying what I should do to try and track my order, the advice I received was it should not be up to me, but you should be sorting it out.
I am a pensioner and do not find it easy to chase after this order. Why not send orders by recorded delivery.

worst cutomer service - and after a baf experience item was not received
After placing an order I contacted customer service to ask if it can be delivered untila specified date, if not I would like to cancel my order, as I was going on a holiday.
Next day, they answered that it is not possible to be delivered. I replied reapeting myself: please cancel the order.
In the next 20 min I received an email saying that my order was dispatched.
Then I asked the customer service how can this happen? An apperantlly they can't cancel an order, that will mean they have to stop other orthers as well.
And guess what I have to pay for the return.
Now I am back from my holiday, thought my order had arrived, and guess what? No order... after 3 weeks..
Contacted customer service.. no response..
Opened a case on paypal no response...
So avoid if possible..
No respect for the buyers
