Great purchase slight wait on delivery
great purchase very useful with extras. able to plug in UK and Europe as well. Slight tightness on inserting battery to charges but otherwise works well.

Returned a product that smelt like electrical fire when plugged in
When returned they said upon inspection it was something that we had done rather than a manufacturers fault and wouldn't replace or refund the item (£6.99) and would I like the item returned to me. Why would I want a product back that may catch fire.

Thank you for your feedback. Now we have received the item back (at our cost), we have found that the item has been damaged through mis-use and this is not covered by a manufacturers warranty. If the item had a manufacturing fault then we would have happily refunded or replaced the item.
Highly Recommended
I was only purchasing a new battery for my camera but could tell this company have an extensive range of products to choose from. The ordering process was very straightforward and the goods were delivered in the designated time. The only reason I've given 4 stars is because the order does take a few days to arrive, in this day and age we're used to everything arriving next day.

Very Pleased
The service was very good, it took a little longer to deliver the item than I expected but I don't think I realised it was being sent from outside England. Having said that the item, a replacement part for my camera, is excellent. I'm very pleased and will use this company again.

Very disappointing delivery
I ordered a pack of two camera batteries as back up for use on a holiday in a week's time. After three days I was informed that the product had been 'located in Europe' and would now be despatched. On return from holiday, there they were on the dorrmat, which was quite useless. I could have popped round to Curry's and just bought them on the spot. If products have to be located worldwide before despatch, please say so before customers order.

As shown in the checkout (prior to the order being placed) and in other parts of the website, the typical delivery time is 5 to 7 working days after dispatch. All our goods are shipped from a central European warehouse and this is why we quote 5 to 7 working days for delivery. We apologise once again for the inconvenience - we are happy to accept return of unwanted goods for a full refund, if they are returned within 30 days of dispatch.

Received notification that goods had been shipped within 2 days of placing the order, although as goods were sent from European warehouse the delivery took just over a week.
Not a problem for me and quality of item good and suitable for purpose.
