Placed order over £596 with a small amount received. Outstanding money left and chased for is £330.57
Tried to call and text,email several times and kept being fobbed off.

Placed an order online and arrived within
24 hours even though selected as standard 3 to 5 day delivery service. Excellent shopping experience which I cannot fault as a first time buyer from this retailer. I will definitely be shopping at Diffusion again. 10 out of 10. The order arrived well packaged and as described. Love it.

Absolutely disgusted with this shop!! Brought a tshirt, has been worn once by my son, noticed a hole in the bottom of the tshirt, quite clearly a fault in the material, took it back to the Merryhill branch only to be told that fault is not on there list so they can’t do anything about it! So I have been left with a faulty top with a hole in , £80 out of pocket. Don’t buy from their shop as if there is a fault with the item that are not bothered at all, just want your money and then no responsibility. The worst customer care, shame on you diffusion!

I ordered a Versace man bag online. After filling out my address details and ordering the bag on my confirmation order email it had keeps the street adress but the postcode and the town had changed.
I am super unhappy about this due to this was a timed order for an event I am attending to.
I am still weighing on a ripply email.

Great online experience, had to return the shoes i bought for a bigger size. No problem whatsoever.

The atmosphere in this shop was very uncomfortable when shopping and when I was purchasing a top the staff were standoffish and rude. Also, the lack of diversity in the staff is an absolute joke.

Order got cancelled 2 business days after order, did not issue refund, e-mail/customer support hasnt been answered in 3 days. Never had more fun

First class service and at peak retail time. Last minute Christmas gifts and had missed the delivery cut-off time. Called Diffusion Online and they pulled out all the stops. Result = delivery within 24 hours! Would highly recommend.

I brought some Boss t shirts and they couldn't be more helpful while my wife brought a red leather bag, She asked if it was leather and on the receipt it states leather ! But it's NOT . My wife rang and asked for a refund and was told NO . She has been mis sold this bag and now we will get trading standards involved .NOT HAPPY

Order was dispatched within 24 hours and delivered quickly. Product exactly as described. Excellent service all around.

The sales advisor was rude and dismissive of me when I questioned the returns policy and said why don’t you speak to the manager then, he’s there and just pointed. The manager was of a similar nature so guess the advisors attitude came from there. I was made to feel like I should have been privileged to be in the shop. I will never spend money there again.

Refused to let me return a £90 faulty item because I was 15 days past their paltry 14 day return policy. If it was just a change of mind then fine, but for a defective item I expect better customer service. From this experience I would not shop here again or recommend the shop to others.

Ordered a pair of Vans for £14 from £45 felt guilty for paying so little and got 15% off. Great range of brands, excellent promotions and excellent DPD delivery. Packaged with a piece of purple paper and a diffusion bag which looks awesome. Shall be shopping again soon. Excellent.
