I would give Differio 10 stars, if I could. I placed two orders a couple of days apart. I realized that the second order wouldn't arrive in time for our Pride festival. I contacted Differio and asked explained the situation. They got my order out right away and changed it to overnight shipping to make sure that I got it in time for Pride. My partner and I's outfit were both from Differio and were a huge hit. The quality of the items is excellent. Will definitely be ordering more products from them. Can't thank Differio enough for their amazing customer service and product!

The fit is great! The sizing guidelines helped a lot and the quality is great.

Paid extra for expedited shipping and my product did not arrive on time. Differio not only
did nothing to remedy this but also doubled down and stated that they did nothing wrong (did not refund me the expedited shipping fee that I paid for either!).

Bad customer service. Had to write them repeatedly until a technical error was adressed concerning a voucher. Some emails were completely ignored.

But even worse: after placing an order of about >$700 they messed up the customs declaration which had the consequence, that the carrier, UPS, made me pay a higher amount. the issue was that they didnt state the shipping costs, because i didnt have to pay any, but according to UPS, the declaration must include the shipping costs, in my case they simply should have noted that i did not pay them.

I asked them to change the declaration so that UPS would refund me, again I was ignored.

Apparently they do not value customers that actually also fork out money and would have returned. Wont buy again

Item came quick and the quality was top notch. Fit perfect!

The hat is of great quality. However, the felt rainbow spines or mohawk is a little annoying, in that each felt spine really wants to lean to one side or the other and it's kind of a pain to get them to stand upright enough to look like they're in line. Still, I wore it to work and got a ton of compliments. I kept forgetting I was wearing it (it's comfortable) until people would mention they love my hat.

I was surprised at how fast I received my order. And everything was true to size and high quality. I got a lot of compliments on my Pride cowboy hat!

I love your faux leather short shorts. They feel great and fit wonderfully. I love their shorter length and unique look. I also like your micro shorts that are shorter than usual shorts and fit so well with a little stretch material. Your other products are unique and not boring or same as many men’s clothes. I love your silver shiny soccer briefs and I’m a great soccer fan. Also your pants have some unique patterns and fit close to my legs and not loose or baggy.
