Excellent experience buying from DJU
Very pleased with quality of ring, price and customer service

WOW!! I couldn’t be any happier and neither could my wife, with the ring I bought her for our 40th wedding anniversary. Yes I know it should have been a Ruby, but she doesn’t do coloured gems, for her Diamonds really are a girls best friend. The quality and price were fantastic, the ring is amazing and the service was exceptional.
I couldn’t recommend DJU more, give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.
Although this was only my first purchase, It definitely won’t be my last.
Thanks for making our anniversary even more of a special occasion.

The earrings arrived promptly. Unfortunately they were a bit too heavy for my ears therefore I returned them to the company for a full, no hassle refund, I would recommend this company as their service and prices are exemplary.

Arrived week packed and presented, and on time. Very happy though not able to verify diamond quality - they look great!

Quick delivery,beautiful packaging.and goŕgeous diamonds.

Purchase of item went smooth and quick, received pacel on time and communication was good

Ordered a diamond ring after much deliberation as unsure whether to trust this site with a large amount of money . Contacted customer care who were extremely helpful and reassuring . So I took the plunge , unfortunately the ring didn’t suit me . I returned it as per return policy, without any hesitation the refund was processed and is back in my account . Thank you for such an excellent service . Will be back in the future I’m sure .

Superb quality, delightful diamonds , natural, not like junk lab ones, remember natural take 14 million years, lab 8 minutes. That’s the difference

I can not recommend Diamond Jewelry United highly enough. I purchased a beautiful 2ct solitaire engagement ring from DJU and although it was beautiful, it was SI2, so it did not quite have the sparkle I was hoping for, so after speaking with Michaela about this, she made some excellent recommendations of some other rings they had in stock and I settled on a 1.6ct VS1. Although smaller, it was a much more dazzling stone and Michaela kindly offered to apply quite substancial discount to allow me to exchange the ring I purchased for a straight exchange, at no extra cost. DJU then resized the new ring, and dispatched it the very next day. It has just arrived and I am so impressed I wanted to leave a positive review right away. The communication and customer service I have experienced was exceptional and quite rare in my experience. Questions and queries were answered almost immediately giving me total confidence that I was dealing with an experienced and trusted seller. If you are considering buying from DJU I would highly recommend that you do! You will not find better customer service or value for money anywhere else in my opinion.

Huge thanks to Michaela for all her excellent help and support.

5 STARS ALL THE WAY!

Kindest regards,
Anthony.

The price are reasonable.
However the description of the diamond earrings were not matching to my expectations as they had some foggy stains.

Good quality. Fair price.

My wife is extremely happy with the earrings. The description was right on the money. Clarity and sparkle are amazing! When the sun hits her ears, they really shine. Great work!
