Firstly I never write reviews but last year I bought a Hungarian down duvet from this company. I never did the review at that time but on Saturday as it has gotten so cold I put it on my bed. That night I just felt that I was in the centre of a large white marshmallow so cosy so warm so light. I have always bought really good down duvets over the years but none of them has come up the standard of this one. I placed order online it arrived promptly and now it is on my bed for winter I am truthfully delighted so decided to let others like myself know.

I was dubious about the company for several reasons. It's not the most professional-looking or slick website and there are very few "verified" reviews on Trustpilot. Also on the website it mentions animal welfare but doesn't have any real specifics about it and doesn't display either the Downpass or the Responsible Down Standard logo. So I used webchat to ask about this and the person I chatted to said they were accredited RDS. I asked for evidence on the website but she was unable to find it but said the company would take a photo of the RDS label on a duvet the next working day and email me it, which they duly did! The other thing I was worried about was returning the duvet in case we didn't like it as a couple of Trustpilot reviews had mentioned that they had had a hard time doing so. The website says you can return "unused" products. So this time I rang the company to ask what that meant - could we take the duvet out of the packaging to feel the drape, look at fill against light etc. I also thought it would be good to see if anyone would actually answer the phone... I rang for quite a while but there was no reply, and no answerphone. That's it, I thought - I'm not going to order because they don't answer the phone so organising a return would be a nightmare. However, to my surprise about 5 minutes later I got a call back from them! They said sorry they had been unable to get to the phone, and in response to my query the guy explained that the duvet comes in a zippered plastic case (shame it's plastic I have to say) and that it would be fine to take it out, have a good look at it and to return it if we weren't satisfied. We just couldn't sleep under it etc. So the next day I went ahead and ordered a King Size 10.5 tog Hungarian down duvet. It arrived 2 days later and I have to say I really needn't have worried - beautiful product, super warm, soft, great drape, RDS label. My only criticism is that it has poppers on the corners and along each edge. This I found out is because you can attach the 4.5 tog duvet to it to create a 15 tog winter duvet. I can't imagine how warm that would be - we have quite a cold old house and the 10.5 is easily warm enough for us! I was a bit worried I would be able to feel the poppers at the top but I don't notice them at all. Anyway to sum up - brilliant product, great price, responsive company. Don't be dubious, go for it - you won't regret it!

After some research we decided to purchase diamond bedding's Kingsize Hungarian duvet (9.5 + 4.5). We bought this some while ago but held off a review until we had used it for a while and once we were able to add the 4.5 duvet to the main one. Its now nearly December and literally freezing outside. This duvet is excellent. Warm, cozy and light (albeit less so once doubled up for winter). We would not hesitate to recommend this product, both in terms of quality and value. I doubt you will find better at this price point.

I purchased a Diamond bedding Hungarian Goose super king 7.5 tog duvet for our Spring/Summer which is lovely. So we decided to buy a 13.5 tog this week for our Autumn/Winter needs. Used it last night and its brilliant. Nice and light but cosy and warm all over. Perfect nights sleep after our old bulky winter duvet purchased from a high street chain a while ago. Delivered the next day. Very happy. Well done

We ordered an Hungarian goose down duvet, I had a great experience, from asking a question in the online chat, with a rapid response, to calling the customer service with a delivery issue, they called me straight back and resolved the issue immediately. The quality of the duvet is exceptional, well made and super confortable. I have already recommended this company to my friends.

Tempted with the pillows next….

Yesterday I received my order from Diamond Bedding. ( always receive orders later than sellers say due to my location … not their fault ). To say I am absolutely delighted with my Hungarian Goose Down Pillows would be an understatement! I slept so soundly last night .. it was heavenly.

Over the last several years I have been unhappy with any pillows I have purchased after having to dispose of an old favourite down pillow. I stumbled across Diamond Bedding on line and read a very promising review from someone who really rated the pillows. I was cautiously optimistic when I ordered one. Within two hours of receiving the pillow two days after ordering I was on the phone to order another. Absolutely everything I could have wished for for comfort and quality and just the softness I was hoping for. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you.

DO NOT USE - I was tempted by a goose down duvet

The cells were unevenly filled; so I gave an honest review on here a month ago - the item was not LUXURY; as it’s description suggests

Jack asked that I remove my bad review ; and said if I returned the duvet he would provide a refund.

Well I did remove the review ; and packed up and sent back the duvet; and its now been OVER 3 weeks - still no refund.

BEWARE !

I can’t recommend Diamond Bedding enough. The quality of the bedding is exceptional at a really good price compared to other bedding companies. Everything arrives pretty much the next day which is really appreciated. If you want good quality bedding at a competitive price and great customer service, then look no further.

Bought Goose down pillows and for husbands sore shoulder bought medium rather than soft. I thought that due to the expensiveness of filling they would be middling firm.
Not so, they are beautifully made, well stuffed pillows. Firmer than we thought

Purchased a 100% Hungarian goose down 7 tog duvet. For me it was a pricey purchase, but I struggle to sleep at night due to menopause hot flushes and arthritis pain,so was willing to try anything. Duvet arrived quickly as promised and was well packed. As other reviewers commented no smell and no crinkly noise. I was worried the 7 tog wasn't going to keep me warm enough as outside temp had dropped to 1o but it kept me at the right temp all night. A bonus was it was so light I was able to move and turn over without fighting with the weight, anyone suffering from arthritis will know what that feels like. This duvet is a 10/10. Thank you.

I ordered a Hungarian goose down duvet for my mum. The sales team were friendly and helpful. The website was easy to use and delivery was fast and efficient. My mum is delighted with the quality and finish of the duvet. I will be happy to use this company again.

Amazing quality!
Got the all seasons Hungarian goose down duvet in super king size and it is amazing. So light fluffy and no smell. Have used it since December and at first I thought it was way to warm to have the thinner duvet on top of the thick one but when it got really cold it has been great to have both. Allowed me to lover the heating temperature during the night, Yey! I’ve not used the thin one on its own yet so can’t comment on it!

We already had an aging Hungarian Goose duvet for our double bed but in November 2022 I decided to purchase the double duvet option from Diamond Bedding and have not looked back. DB provided excellent service and the build quality of the duvets is superb. As it turns out the duvets are slightly larger than the one they were bought to replace and the pockets containing the down are slightly smaller than in our old duvet. To my mind these attributes have equated to a much cosier night's sleep, especially during the recent cold snaps. In fact it's going to need to be a good deal colder for us before we contemplate clipping on the thinner duvet. That thinner duvet will be reserved for usage in summer months in our house. An incredibly professional company with the highest level of customer service.

I bought a firm pillow from them three years ago. It is the only pillow that i have found supports my neck properly without pain. I wanted a replacement - the older one isn't worn out, but i wanted to leave one in Spain rather than travel with a king size pillow (yes - first world problems, i know).

The pillow i bought 3 years ago was no longer available, so Diamond Bedding offered to manufacture one for me to the old specification at very close to the same price as my old one. And they did so within just a few days. I am so happy with the service i received and the quality of the pillow they produced. I even ordered an extra one so i have a spare for the future.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough for quality, service and customer care.
