Diamond alloys of Bynea Llanelli did a fabulous job refurbishing my BMW alloys

Had my 4 alloys refurbished on my mini it’s something I have wanted to do for ages and so glad I did! The alloys were so bad, scuffed and marked prior to being refurbed they have totally changed the look of the car 😀, thanks to the ream at diamond Alloys in Bynea Llanelli.

I recently used Diamond Wheels in Bynea Llanelli to refurbish and repair all wheels on my Volkswagen TRoc .
They explained the process and I gave the goahead,the result was superb.The customer service was above and beyond.They also replaced my tyres which had some sidewall damage.Costs were reasonable when you consider replacement wheel costs.

The first thing that impressed me was the honesty from Matt when describing what they could and could not do. Having decided to powder coat my Volvo XC 60 alloys in a slightly darker grey than original I was slightly apprehensive.

I need not have worried the outcome was amazing, totally transformed my worn flaky alloys. The price was as quoted, time as informed at the outset. So impressed with Matt and his team. I would recommend Diamond Alloys to anyone.

I heard good things about these guys and they did not disappoint. Matt and the team are on the ball. Flawless job, I’m fussy and I’m really impressed. Thanks guys.

Unbelievable poor service and quality.
Had 4 audi tt alloys diamond cut - one year later and 500 miles later - all 4 have large white blisters where the lacquer has raised (water behind them.
The contact at Diamond Alloys - rudely said, 'What do you want me to do about it.... 'so what, you had 6 months warranty'
When I explained , ' It is all 4 alloys, in a short time, are you not concerned that your workmanship lasted only a year ?... his answer, 'Not at all'.
Aggressive poor attitude. Quite a contrast to the positive, helpful attitude when he was selling.

I needed all my car's wheels repainted as the paint was literally flaking off. I went to another local company but the team at Diamond Alloys Ltd in Northolt were better at looking at my wheels and explaining why my wheels' paint was flaking off.

The staff were friendly, polite and offered suggestions on different colours/finishes for my alloy. I settled with powder coating which is more durable.

You can leave your car with them but I decided to remove wheels myself & drop them off (I'm a car guy, what can I say?). I put marked sticky tape on my tyres based on which tyre goes on front/rear/left/right etc as my car is all-wheel-drive - I'm a bit specific on how I rotate my tyres but they had a better solution of marking the tyres direct which made my life easier when sticking the wheels back in the right locations (kudos for getting the tread pattern direction correct!).

Booked in the job on Thursday and had my wheels ready for collection on the following Friday - amazing! Wheels came out superb so am chuffed and not embarrassed driving around with 'manky' alloys.

Finally special shout out to all the lads - I spoke to 4 different people and all of them were professional and courteous. Keep up the good work - I will be recommending Diamond Alloys based on the service I received and quality of my finished wheels.
