We cannot fault our visit to The Watford store in anyway. Our DFS Sales Representative George was warm, welcoming and engaging. He made our experience relaxed, enjoyable and effortless. All the information provided was explained clearly and fully. We were given hot drinks shortly after arriving. We felt valued and cared for. Any questions we had were answered with ease. George made the experience feel personal and unique to us. First class service. We have used DFS before, and have always found the quality of their furniture to be of the highest standards. Couldn't be happier.

Wasn’t rushed into making a sale, the shop itself is comfortable and spacious, smelt amazing too!
Mo who helped us was a star, no pushy sales techniques, pointed on the right direction of what we wanted then left us to make a decision

From the minute we arrived Mo was exceptional, every sofa we’ve bought in the last 20 years has been through him, he’s appeared in many sofa retailers that we’ve bought from through the years, once again he’s excelled, no pressure selling just honest recommendations that’s greatly appreciated, and the Manager of the Watford branch is a true gentleman, again no pressure from him either, could not recommend this team highly enough!!!!!!!!!!!

Helpful staff

Edmund (aka Delboy) – without a shadow of a doubt, this was the easiest purchase we’ve ever made! But that’s not even the main point. What really stood out was his approach – just a genuinely nice, happy guy who was more than willing to help.

Sales isn’t always easy, but Edmund made the whole experience feel less transactional and far more conversational and personal. A top guy – I’d happily deal with him again and again.

In fact, all the staff we’ve come across at DFS Watford have been superb!

To the management at DFS – you’ve got a real “good egg” in Edmund. Make sure you look after him… and remember, not all heroes wear capes! 😉

Staff were very polite and helpful and did not pressure in any way.

The atmosphere in the store was peaceful and we felt comfortable taking our time sitting and trying various couches, the staff didn’t encroach on us but did let us know that they were there if we needed help. I would highly recommend the Watford store.
