We had a fantastic experience shopping here. The salesperson was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient. They took the time to help us choose the perfect sofa and offered us a great deal at a very good price. The whole experience was relaxed, professional, and completely pressure-free, which made us feel comfortable from start to finish. As I said in the previous review the person who dealt with us was lovely, didn’t pressure us at all. When we finally decided to buy our sofa which was shop display he went off to get the agreement to find it had been sold already online a few hrs before, undeterred he then rang around all stores until he found the identical settee which happen to be the same price. Visited DFS Taunton to buy a Soda Bed. Spoke to Alan on this occasion who could not have been more helpful a true credit to the team at Taunton. Salesman was very helpful and non judgemental, never felt pressured or forced into anything, was more of a casual and informative conversation.
The only thing was the sofa care plan was perhaps a little pushy, however I work in sales myself and understand the nature of this.

Incredibly polite and helpful, informative, able to ask every question, and gave us as much space as we needed.

In store service was excellent. Staff were not in anyway pushy, stood back until approached. Went through all of the options simply and were helpful from start to finish. Looking forward to delivery which is being updated regularly to keep me in the loop.

Went on Friday had A very helpful sales assistant with lots of knowledge about every sofa we asked about. Went back on Monday, he remember us and answered more questions. Left us alone to decide and then we placed an order with him. A valuable member of the team at DFS. Thank you so much for being helpful and patience whilst we were deciding and no pressure selling.
