Excellent Customer Service
Salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable on the product and explained everything in detail, ensuring the product we were purchasing was personalised.

Great service from the member of staff who I delt with, he also had a very good product knowledge.

We weren’t pressured and could look around until we had questions & wanted to order. The assistant was pleasant, not pushy, very affable & helpful & gave all the necessary information without us loosing the will to live.

I waited exactly 1 hour to place an order, I walked out in the end
Either not enough staff or they are taking far too long on a sale. One couple sat for an hour and 75% of the time was general chat, completely unrelated. I know 2 sales were lost in this store as another person followed me out of the door and they too knew exactly what they wanted.
